My AC went out at the end of last summer and we struggled through the heat of the fall season because the only thing worse was the sticker shock from quotes I received. Can’t say enough about this great company! Spoke to Owner Jose on Saturday and was at my home by Monday! Full System Replacement at a reasonable price and done within 7 hours! Technician José did a great job and even cleaned up the floors after completing work. My family and I will sleep comfortably tonight! Thank you Both!

Fast and friendly service. We called and Jose came out and quickly fixed our Heater since it was extremely cold. We are very satisfied with his professionalism and efficiency. We will be having him come back to inspect our AC unit for the Texas Heat.

Our AC went out & we called at night expecting a voicemail and got a person who scheduled a visit the next day. They were professional and, most importantly, honest during our initial inspection of our problem. They could’ve easily told us we needed a new AC unit and we would’ve purchased one. This past Forth of July my outside unit went out again. I made the mistake in calling one of those other big guys to come that morning and was charged an absurd amount to replace the motor. I knew my complete system was getting old and undersized for my home but I had no choice but to put a temporary band aid on my situation.

The next day I called Pepcal and Jose came out and gave me some great knowledgeable advice and I decided to upgrade my whole system. Jose helped me select the perfect Trane unit for our home with a price that made me feel like the price the other guys quoted me was unreasonable. We scheduled an installation day and Jose and his crew quickly had our home nice and cold. He stayed to show us how to use our new system and even called the next day just to check on us.

Jose & his guys were friendly, professional and worked hard to replace 2-HVAC’s & accompanying thermostats in our home They were on time both service days, and were respectful of our home. Unlike the older units we had, the new heaters work GREAT. They are more in sync with each other by keeping both sides of the house equally warm. Can’t wait to try the AC in the summer. Would definitely hire them again.
