I have been a loyal customer of Pepcal for several years. Recently my 30+ yr old AC unit stopped cooling in the hottest month of Summer. Jose gave me options, he recommended I replace my unit, or he said he could he could continue servicing my problem, (I'd been putting off the inevitable for a few years) I decided it was time to replace my unit. Jose immediately ordered my new unit and within days I had my new unit installed.
I was so grateful that he was considerate enough to loan me a portable AC until my new unit was installed! I couldn't have survived the heat without this kind gesture.

We have used Pepcal for several years. The first time we called, Jose was in Mexico on his honeymoon and he took the time to walk us through how to fix the issue. He then came out after he returned to make sure everything was ok. Technician Jose is very patient with all my questions and makes sure I understand what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening. Recently, our unit quit. They came out the same day I called. We knew we needed a new system but they didn't push it. They offered other ways to fix it to get more life out of it. We ultimately decided to replace it. They had the unit installed the next day. They even left us a portable air conditioner so it wasn't so hot in the house. Pepcal is very reliable and honest. They also have very reasonable prices. We won't use anyone else.

His crew is also very nice, polite, and clean. They properly wore face masks at all times, and shoe covers. They worked hard, and efficiently. José also came to calibrate and verify the final work. They all cleaned up after themselves and removed all trash and hauled away the old system for us.
So far, very happy with the new TRANE System and the installation process.

Pepcal is honest, dependable and very reasonable on their rates. Another company told us our unit was leaking and we needed to replace the whole unit, so we called Pepcal. They came out, inspected our unit and told us there was nothing wrong with our unit, just needed to be cleaned. A service man came out the next day, cleaned it & it's still running great. We will only use Pepcal now for all our service needs. I have already recommended them to several friends.

Jose from Pepcal took care of our problem without any issues. They were quick, courteous, and well priced. Jose with Pepcal went to attic and found the damaged ducts and showed me photos. He was the only person to do that after having had other AC guys come to check the issue. Advised me on what the causes of the ac outage were and took care of the repair all in about an hour.
