Pepcal is great! They quoted us a price we couldn't pass up on our now Trane AC unit (inside and outside units included) with a Gas Furnace. He got the equipment ordered quickly. We had our AC Unit and Gas Furnace all installed from the start of ordering to complete install took about 3 days with no hiccups. I had to install a whole new unit in my home to be able to sell. Jose was polite and professional. He didn’t charge crazy amounts and add a bunch of fees. Had one issue on a Saturday Night that was resolved first thing Sunday Morning one time and the had a different thing crap out on my unit that got fixed the next day early in the morning as well. I feel comfortable dealing with Jose and know that I won't be up sold or ripped off on any repairs. He also gives a guarantee on his work. I'm not too sure how long my unit will last but if anything happens again I'm definitely going with PepCal!
