Chris and Doug arrived on time to install a new water heater. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They took the time to explain the new water heater and answered all my questions.

These guys are awesome. The field techs are extremely professional, they don't try to up sell you either. I did have a issue at first with the tech needing to come back out and he said that he or someone else would be back out that next morning and no one showed up. I contacted the service manager and not only did he have people out there within a few hours he also came out apologized and made sure we were okay, stuck around with the crew until the job was done. Really?! Who does that anymore?? Comfort air does..

These guys set the gold standard for customer service. There techs are also well trained, professional, personable, and efficient.

Home: Quick turn around on my service call. Was out to my house the next day. Checked everything and then some on the system. A+++ Review on customer service and knowledge of my a/c issues. Made great recommendations for maintenance I can do on my own.

Chris Andrews and a helper (I hope she forgives me, I forgot her name) came to my house to install a pressure reducing valve (prv) and an expansion tank. They arrived and got right to work. They were courteous and kind and finished the job with expertise. The area they had to dig up was brutal and full of rocks, but they got it done. Thanks a million!

Comfort Air and Primo Plumbing do excellent work! They are professionals who know what they’re doing. They won’t try to sell you a service you don’t need. They’re a company you can completely trust!

Daniel and his team re-worked my a/c in the guest bedroom so it is now on its own zone. The master and guest rooms were on the same zone causing temperature conflicts. After Comfort air came out and re-worked the ducts, we now are on separate zones and it works wonderfully!

I can always count on Comfort Air to fix the problem. Servicemen are knowledgeable and professional. When making service calls during Covid 19 the servicemen are following safety guidelines. This is very much appreciated.

Wow! I can’t say enough good about this company! We’ve had a lot of AC repair people in and out of here, some that we thought were good. These guys blew everyone else away with their professionalism! We needed our whole unit replaced and the guys worked like dogs for 3 days straight, always keeping us informed, always being respectful, and supervisors coming each day to check on things. We will never call anyone else!!

A job well done. I needed relief from the heat. A schedule for an AC replacement was quickly developed and was met exactly as planned. The installation team was friendly and courteous, obviously well trained and highly skilled. After they were gone the only evidence that they had been to my home was the cool comfort of the new system. Even with consideration given to the expense I can say it was a pleasant experience.
