Wonderful in every way. Excellent service! The exact custom order toilet I asked for with zero defects. No installation problems and I am very picky. Low price! I plan to call Primo again for future work as needed.

One more great experience with this company. My issue was not easy to diagnose, but my tech spent the required time to figure it out. On top of his excellent technical skills, he was extremely courteous and friendly. Once he found the issue he made a sound recommendation and didn't push anything I didn't need.

This young man is very professional, personable, caring, and thorough. He is always very pleasant and concerned with making sure we are aware of what he has done and that we are satisfied. Steve and Owen showed up on time at my mothers house to investigate a leak. They located it immediately and explained the entire process as they worked and fixed the problem. I’d especially like to thank both Steve and Owen for their smiles and humor! They’re a great team!

Primo Plumbing came to my house as an emergency on Saturday night. My hot water heater was leaking water...everywhere!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday night and Paul was amazing. He talked me through the service, and even took the time to clean up the bathroom like it never even happened. That is the first time a plumber has taken care of that, when I know it is going above and beyond. Thankful for all his hard work.

Comfort Air Engineering did a great job installing my mini split AC system. Lots of communication...they were on time (a day early actually) and was a very clean installation. Very happy with the job!

We could not be happier with the service provided by Zach and Mitchel, with Primo Plumbing. They were professional, assessed the situation and fixed the plumbing problem that was creating a major leak in the backyard! We previously contacted another plumbing company (Elite Plumbing) and they said to contact a septic tank service. We contacted a septic tank service and they said contact a plumber! Happy to say Primo Plumbing solved the problem!

Technician was on time & informative! UV light was still good even though system stated “replace”. He suggested we keep the replacement bulb next to the unit for the next time it really needs to be changed! Happy with the service!
