Comfort-Air Engineering & Primo Plumbing

The tech that came out was much earlier than we were told but since it was to fix our AC, I was overjoyed. His name was William and he got it going again, explained what he was doing and answered our questions completely. He was great!

The technician that came out (Brian I think) was amazing, fast, accurate, best job of servicing the units. I want him each time.

Great service - on time when scheduled - excellent technician resolved the issue, replaced some parts and was finished within 45 minutes. We have used them for ten years or more and will continue to use them. I highly recommend them

Our circulating water pump quit working. The Primo Plumbing technician quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and installed the part. We now have rapid hot water again. We could not be happier with our experience with Primo Plumbing.

I live in an old condo which has numerous water shut-offs during the year. These shut-offs result in limestone residue in the pipes to break loose and clog the water pipes. Primo Plumbing specialist came and inspected my shower which barely had water pressure. The specialist examined the plumbing fixtures and determined that the whole shower assemble needed to be removed and cleaned out. This amounted to a lot of work from behind the shower wall. They removed the shower assemble and cleaned out the manifold and fixed my water flow issue. It is so pleasing to have water pressure again and to have a balanced hot/cold water flow. Thanks for taking the time to do the job correctly.

We on the maintenance plan and we get our units serviced two times a year. The technicians have always been extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I recommend Comfort Air to anybody that asks me to recommend a good company

Technician Diego did an excellent job, both with the care and craftsmanship of his work AND his courtesy in explaining everything he did. We've been taking ALL of our HVAC work to Comfort Air for over 20 years now. Less than two yrs ago, that relationship also included the purchase/installation of a completely new Carrier Infinity system along with an upstairs HVAC system AND a ductless mini-split unit in a special room (3 units in total). There's a reason why we've been so loyal: Comfort Air just takes care of its business they you want them to, with class and professionalism.

Had fall service/inspection today with Bill THE MARINE (Thank you for your service to our country) who was very knowledgeable of my Infinity System, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to meet him & I will request him for future checks. Comfort Air installed & has serviced my system for 12 years now. I know I can trust them & they have always given great service. Thanks to all & a special thanks to Eric Randall who always makes sure everything is top notch and done right.

What we all dread happened last night... My AC quit putting out cool air 😥! Inside the unit was blowing warm air. I checked the settings on the digital thermostat & temp was rising 🤔. The fan was not moving on the unit outside 😮. I shut the unit off & spent a hot July night waiting to call COMFORT-AIR ENGINEERING @ 8 AM. They installed my unit & have done my fall & spring checks & have made repairs when needed. I am on the GOLD PLAN, as my 2004 installed unit is likely to have issues at this stage of the game. I get discounted service calls & discount on repairs 😏! My 8 AM on the dot call was answered courteously & I explained my problem. I was told I would get a call back in a few minutes & that is exactly what happened & I was told a Tech would be headed my way 😀. BEN R. came & was very professional & offered his condolences 😓. He went right to work, diagnosed & fixed my problem (capacitor) & made sure everything else was okay. A second capacitor looked on its way to failing sooner rather than later & he replaced that, with my OK 👍. Everything was done in about 45 min & cool was coming out of my vents inside 😎!! PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING and THE BEST SERVICE WHEN YOU NEED IT! THANK YOU COMFORT-AIR ENGINEERING INC!! You've got a customer for life!!

Simply, the best. I am not a price shopper, I look for value over the long haul; after all these systems last 10 -15 years +. After shopping around, we stayed with Comfort-Air. Although we have been using them for years (decades?), it pays to be careful, especially with a complete system replacement. Comfort-Air did not disappoint. On time for both arrival and finish, no $urprise$ and unit is delivering what was promised and then some. What more could you ask for?

Been using Comfort Air for years. Have. PPP Maintenance Plan with them (check heating & AC twice a year). Replaced my entire AC/Furnace in 03/2020. Got 3 bids, went with Comfort Air. Installation was smooth, timely and right on cost. Highly recommend. Even upped my AC to 5 ton.
