ComfortAir has taken care of our HVAC needs for many years. They are prompt, thorough, and vey professional. Daniel serviced our system when the motor completely went out. He was very courteous, professional with great knowledge and expertise. Thanks for sharing and caring Daniel!

We have used Comfort Air - Primo Plumbing for years - very trustworthy company - have taken care of us and fixed our air conditioner when it went out in the middle of summer - didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. Had them install a tankless water heater in our attic - best decision- I highly recommend this company - I will continue to be a loyal customer

Chris and Holly showed up and immediately found the hot water line that had the leak in it. They capped it off and restored hot water to part of the house. They were very quick and professional about the job and explained the entire process to me. Less than a week later they came back and finished running the reroute line in the attic. Would highly recommend!!!

We have faithfully used ComfortAir for 30 years , and Primo Plumbing , too . They always treat us well . I like that they do what needs to be done ; but they never ever do extra , unneeded , things , that waste time and money . I truly believe that they strive to follow the "golden rule" . We used Comfort-Air last year when our air conditioner went out and they were able to get it back up and running without trying to sell us a new unit. We had them back out again this year for a different problem and was pleased to learn they could fix it for a reasonable price. I know that we will have to replace our main unit at some point. When we do, we will be calling Comfort-Air. They are responsive and professional with reasonable pricing.

Used them twice within the last 30 days (initially replaced hot water heater). Techs were efficient, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were on time and cleaned up the area afterwards...highly recommended!

Have used Primo for HVAC Installation service and repair for over 40 years and have NEVER had any complaints for any reason. They are top notch in every way! I have used them in Three separate residences over those years!

GREAT company and people!!! These guys came out on a Saturday evening to replace our hot water Courteous, friendly and fast work....cleanest work space i've seen. You never know what you are going to get when you have an emergency and we were fortunate to have Primo come out and help us. They will be our go to plumbers from now on!
