I trust Comfort-Air with maintaining my home air-conditioning and heating system (heat pump) at peak performance. I have trusted Comfort-Air for many years (my unit is almost 17 years old). Comfort-Air has never disappointed me. I get a (1) Fall and (2) Spring check every year to ensure my system is ready for the colder and hotter weather seasons. The workers that provided this service were neat and careful about things we had requested because we have pets. They were early to work, they were busy the whole time and they knew what they were doing. Excellent job!

Our water softener broke and flooded our water lines with salt. Keith and Zach got to our home quickly and cleared the lines while also explaining what was going on. We hired them to return and replace our water softener and they were quick and professional! This is a great company and these are some great guys! So glad that we found them, we'll be loyal customers!

Responded to our call same day. Able to come by 4 hours earlier that originally indicated. Technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything, showed me the problem, explained the pricing, and completed the work. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great job!

We have used Comfort for years and are always pleased with their service. Twice now we have had to call them in to clean up an installation mess made by the company used by many builders in town. Their prices are always fair and reasonable and they fix the issue efficiently.

Did great work, fixed a major sprinkler system leak quickly. They also replaced a water filtration system in my home and installed an ice maker and I could not be happier with the results. Their staff was very friendly and professional. Tommy Moore was great to work with! Would definitely recommend them!

Primo sent out an apprentice named Marshall. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to replace our broken pipe in the yard. He was willing to answer all my questions and he had it done in no time at all. Thank you Primo, you are my new plumbers forever :)
