Quality of service went down, but prices went up since Stan's took over. I miss the old Texas AC Specialist.

The service was excellent. I called the answering service early in the morning before they were opened and I received call soon after they opened. The air condition person ( Frank) came promptly and worked diligently to fix my unit. Very professional!

Great service! Text them late Saturday night when AC stop blowing cold and they had it fixed Sunday morning in 20 min! Service tech was fast, knowledgeable, and professional - he explained what was wrong, gave me multiple options to fix, and even checked for other problems. Really appreciate the quick service! I called another company through Google but they couldn’t see me till Wednesday but Texas AC and plumbing specialist came out at a timeframe that was convenient for me. They came in very professional, did the job and super friendly! I will go to these guys every time as a new homeowner.

Great service as always. AC goes out and they show up next day to fix the issue. Always positive and upbeat technicians. Thomas was fast and friendly getting my house comfortable again in short time.

Who knew calling the ac repair guy on a Sunday would be so AWESOME! With only two sentences from me and a look at the unit, he was able to diagnose and repair the issue in less than 20min! Wow! He educated us on comfortable cooling as well as gave us tips on lowering our energy usage!! He was not only professional and polite but extremely knowledgeable in the cooling system. I’m thankful I called this company!! The tech was perfect!!

My ac went out and not only did they answer the phone after hours, but gave me a quote that was cheaper than competitors. The full system was installed the next day and the installers were very nice, competent and said they really like working for this company, which is rare nowadays. First-rate company.

I had Texas AC come out to my house to fix an air conditioning problem, then back out for a plumbing issue a week later and I was very pleased with their service on both visits. Would highly recommend them to anyone having AC or plumbing issues. I had 2 other AC companies out that I was not pleased with at all before I called Texas AC. They were by far the best choice!

This company is great to do business with. Great customer care, reasonable prices and very knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond for me, keeping my old failing system operating at no cost while the replacement one was on order and then did a great job installing and following through helping me navigate the complex rebates world. Highly recommend them A++
