Showed up between the hours they said they would. Sean came in asked questions looked inside and went outside. Within 10 minutes he had the bad part and was back to explain my options. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great service!

Fist off, I'd like to say that I don't write many reviews but I had to get online and praise the work done by Martin and his team. Texas AC specialist were extremely helpful and provided the best customer service I've ever received from any AC company I've ever dealt with. I immediately felt comfortable with the instructions he was providing me with and I felt as if I was talking to family. His staff was thorough and assured me that I would be contacted as soon as she relayed my information to the techs. I will continue to reach out to AC specialist when any work is needed. I highly recommend this company! 5 STARS!!

Very knowledgable and accommodating crew, they're great at explaining what is happening with the system and how they are approaching the problem.
