Eric came out this morning to look at my A/C unit. Not only was he super friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable as well. Fixed the issue in a few minutes and couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Eric!

Bill arrived within TWO hours of my call on a Friday at 5pm. He’s expert. Ask for him. 20 minutes after he walked through my door, my AC was fixed. A faulty capacitor and blown 20 amp fuse were replaced all for $190 (service call/labor since the capacitor was under warranty.) Professional. Very responsive. I highly recommend.

Called when A/C decided to start the vacation early and left us in 108 degree outside temperature. Technician came out and recommended the replacement of parts instead of the whole A/C unit. Wait...did I say that correctly? Yes! Great fix, great service and a fair price.

Update - A/C was not engaging so another technician came out soon after I called and checked everything out and saw that a fuse had popped on the board in the our attic, which doubles as the seventh level of hades in heat. Thanks for the quick response!

They fix plumbing too?!? Better believe it. Recently my 20-year-old water heater gave up the ghost and flooded my garage. I got several quotes ranging from reasonable to ridiculous. I chose Texas AC and Plumbing Specialist because - while they were not the cheapest - they were honest, polite, knowledgeable and didn't come off "salesy". Couldn't be happier with the work! They showed up on time the next day and finished 15 minutes ahead of schedule. I had a lot of questions and the tech, Johnny, didn't seem bothered or hampered by my being there. Quite the opposite. He explained everything he was doing and why. Left no mess, either. Later I found out from a friend that they are not commissioned, unlike some of the other companies out there. (That explains the reasonable pricing and honest assessment.) I highly recommend giving Texas AC and Plumbing a try!

Eric was great, very knowledgeable and a true professional. He was extremely efficient and was able to accommodate our same day request for service.

AC of course goes out at 5:15 on Friday, told them we couldn’t wait till Mon and she got a technician that lived nearby. He quickly found that the fan motor in the attic (110 degrees) was out. They were able to find a original replacement early Sat and installed it in a short time. We have some rental property and they have serviced them also very quickly.

Sean, the Texas A/C specialist, was on time, courteous, efficient, and completely professional during the routine service call. It is for all these reasons that I have a contract with them for maintaining my heater and a/c systems.

Extremely professional. Came by in the evening to see the problem and returned in the A. M. To complete the job. Would definitely use and recommend the plumber and company again.

Our AC was going out on the hottest day of the year thus far. I called around that evening to several AC repair. Texas AC Specialists was the only one to return my call at 9:30pm. They scheduled with us to come out first thing the next morning. He gave us a very fair quote, and even streamlined it to help us get financing. For as painful as the process could have been, Martin made it easy. His crew came back out a few hours later, and by 7pm had installed a new unit, installed a new thermostat in a new location in the home, and moved our intake. They provided a new cement slab, and helped us move the old one to the backyard. The crew, Erik and Carlos, went above and beyond, cleaning up after themselves, and answered our numerous questions. They were professional, incredibly courteous, and Martin followed up several times during the day to ensure we were content. Thank you, Martin, Erik, Carlos and Texas AC Specialists for making a painful experience, pleasant! We have already recommended them to a neighbor.
