Texas AC & Plumbing Specialist

Eric was our technician who came to address an issue with our AC unit today. He found the problem quickly and the system is up and running again in the Texas summer heat. He was very professional, took time to talk it through and is an overall really nice guy. Thanks for your help!!!

Great service. Everyone from the call router to the technician was wonderful to work with. Did excellent work on my bathtub when I tried many times to unclog it by myself. Even fix a sticky shower nozzle in the tub. Would highly recommend for further service.

Sean did an great job! Quick and efficient. He was able to identify a few issues with the unit and addressed them all in under an hour. I was very impressed and would hire him again without question.

So, I just wanted to review my experience with Texas Air Conditioning Specialist. So far, it has been a wonderful experience.
On a Saturday, I noticed that my AC was no longer working. I called a few companies and all were either closed, and or busy. I called Texas AC and they immediately scheduled a person to come out and check the AC. Within an hour a technician had called and scheduled an appointment and was at my house in less than another hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately my system was very old, so basically I had a choice of trying a new motor or buying a new HVAC. He said they would try to find the part, but it was plus 20 years old, so it may take until Monday. He couldn’t do anything at the time, so he left.
After the initial “shock” wore off of needing a new HVAC wore off (note: I KNEW I needed one, just had not planned on it), I gave Texas AC a call back a few hours later. I talked to the manager (Martin) and we discussed my options, and pricing. He gave me a very fair quote when compared to others. He also knew I needed to get a new one in due to the heat. We came up with a price, and he scheduled his workers first thing on Monday. This was now Sat night.
Monday morning came, and I expected some sort of issue, but sure enough, they called first thing in the morning, said they were in route with my new AC and would be there in 40 mins. Which, they were. They worked very fast, efficiently and did a wonderful job putting in the entire system. It was done by midday and they walked me through everything on how to use the new system before they left. And they cleaned up! Martin also checked on me later in the day to see how it went.
So far, everything is working great. They did a great job!

Frank did a great job and explained to me what I need to do monthly to take care of ac unit. He is very knowledgeable and thorough.

I have had Texas air conditioning specialist to replace my two AC units. The people are very friendly and professional. The price is very reasonable, the service is excellent. The installation manager Martin goes extra mile for explaining to me how to replace a under sized the circuit break. Everything went as exactly what I expected. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company, mainly Martin Perez. I use them for all my properties, they are fast, efficient and honest. They have installed at least five HVAC systems and handled dozens of maintenance calls, all quickly and at the quoted price.
