Martin and his team are awesome. They have great customer service and work hard for their customers. They installed a new A/C for me and I'm very happy. Martin was always happy to answer my questions - and I had a lot. I will use them from now on.

Had a service call today. Very happy with the service. Called this am after A/C stopped working last night. Repair tech came out same day within the time window quoted to me by the receptionist. I was lucky since it was a minor problem (bad capacitor). Tech was up front about the cost, had parts with him, and installed in less than 1 hr.
The service manager Martin called later same day with a followup on the service provided.

Been using these fellas for a while now. They asked me if I would write a review. Of course I would. They replaced my system a few years ago and did a fantastic job. Referred my neighbors and they darn near replaced the entire street. Other than a few warranty part issues everything has been awesome. When I did need them for service they were prompt and stood behind their labor warranty. Would highly recommend. They are certainly one of the top 5 ac companies in town.

Martin and his team are the only ones we call for our AC needs. They have helped us out after hours and weekends. They are knowledgeable and do exceptional work. It feels like they really care about their customers. This is Texas and it gets hot within 30 min with no AC and Martin knows this and wants to help. They have very reasonable rates and fast service. You can trust them to provide quality work and get you cool fast!

Texas AC had Sean to our house within 3 hours of my call. He worked quickly to find and resolve the problem and also came up with a great money saving solution. Very friendly and professional at the same time.

Contacted them after hours on a Sunday night around 8PM. They tried to call me back around 9PM (I missed the call). Woke to a text at 6:30A Monday morning telling me they could have a technician at my house that morning. The technician called me around 9:30A telling me he was on his way. He arrived before 10A, fixed my AC and was gone before 11A. These are my go-to guys for AC service. Always great customer service, great technicians, fair price. Could not be happier.

We had an issue with our A/C unit right before the Austin was approaching. We all know how bad it can get during the summer... It was after hours so we were concerned we were not going to find an A/C company to come by and fix the issue. I found Texas A/C online and called them, told them our problem and they were out in less than an hour. The service and convenience was top notch. Daniel pointed out the problem really quickly and gave us the best advice on how to fix it. We have not had one issue since they came out. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for superb customer service who are open and honest.

We have been using Texas AC & Plumbing for over 5 years and they have always been excellent to work with! They are priced fairly, are prompt and I have never had an issue. Beyond that both their technicians and office staff are great at communicating what is going on so you never have a suprise!

Even after hours Mark and Rey were about as awesome as you could hope for. My AC was up and running in less than 40 minutes. Saved me a motel charge and got me back into my wonderful world of paradise. I highly recommend these guys. If you’re needing service or emergency service call them. When I called for an A/C tune-up, I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to schedule me within 48 hours. Frank was my service guy and he was polite and thorough and explained to me everything he was doing. I'm surprised the whole process was so easy. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!
