Excellent communicators. Fair, and super helpful with my complicated situation. We have used them several times, and were happy with every transaction. Well, as pleased as you can be when you have to spend money on your A/C breaking ;-)

They installed a new heater/AC system and gave me a new water heater for me (temporary deal)! Martin talked me through the process and even called me back in the evening in order to get me out the door quickly the next morning. And the the guys that installed the systems were totally professional and very fast. The whole process took 36 hours.

Sean from Texas AC & Plumbing Specialist did a great job getting our ac working after an unsuccessful attempt by a different company. He was courteous and professional. He explained everything and checked the temperature inside the store to make sure it was working before he left. They charged a very reasonable rate for the repair.

Martin with Texas AC & Plumbing Specialist came out to fix a broken air conditioner recently. They came out next day to take a look (I called late in the afternoon/early evening), then once the problem was diagnosed, they came out the very next day and replaced both of our AC units--they were very speedy about the whole thing so we didn't have to sit around a burning hot house in Texas at the end of May. They gave us a discount for buying two units at the same time (only one was broken) and also threw in a couple of extra little things for us. My only complaint is that it was still incredibly expensive (had to take out a loan, which they also helped us out with). I have no idea how much a new air conditioning units cost, but I do feel like they were honest and weren't gouging us on the price. Martin was great and very professional and I appreciate them taking care of us so quickly.

Texas A/C installed a new A/C unit - what a terrific experience! James is super knowledgeable, provided a range a recommendations, organized the onsite team and crane rental (condo building, compressor on the roof.) The installers were great, very fast, answered all of my questions. The office staff were great, called to make sure everything went well and emailed the invoice, receipt and warranty information right away. I highly recommend this company!

Service was legit. They came out quick , fixed the issue and were reasonably priced. They will be my go to going forward and i highly recommend them.

I called Texas AC specialist at 7 am, they had someone out to me by 9:45 and my AC unit was fixed by 10 am. I am so grateful and appreciative for their help. I can now bring my 3 small children home to a nice, cool house on a hundred degree day. Thank you!

Quick and friendly response. The technician that came out named Ross was super helpful and cool. Problem resolved. Will definitely use these guys again in the future should another problem arise.

Have had them out to fix several plumbing problems. Josh is great and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!
