Admittedly, they had to come out twice, but they honored their work and the second visit they didn’t charge me for a thing. The serviceman, Frank M, was very professional and knew his stuff. My AC is working like a champ. If you call, ask for Frank and get it fixed right the first time. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Arrived on time when scheduled. We had 20 yr old AC and furnace replaced. They didn't try to oversell anything. Gave us options to different systems to choose from. Install completed by mid afternoon. Techs were very knowledgeable and cleaned up any sign that they had been here. Highly recommend Texas AC and Plumbing Specialist.

Eric and Carlos came and replaced my mother’s entire air conditioning system this last Thursday and they were wonderful. Very polite and super neat; they left no mess at all. Both were knowledgeable and quick with their work. They were also very helpful and patient with us showing us how to use everything. We would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Great Experience with Texas AC & Plumbing!!! Martin and his team were very helpful and quick at getting our AC unit fixed! Our AC unit went out on a Saturday afternoon and by Sunday morning they were at our home first thing to fix it! Very professional and the new unit is working great. Great company to work with!

This is the second time I have used this company and they are great!! Professional, great customer service and they actually show up when they say they will be there. My Mom was in desperate need of someone to fix her A/C. It was 105 outside and 98 inside her home. Texas A/C repair got someone to her a fast as they could and last minute at that.
