Air Express came out to diagnose my air conditioner. The coil had a leak. They provided a quote to replace the leaking coil and a separate quote to install a new system. The tech that did the diagnosis was friendly and explained the issue well. However, their prices were substantially higher than other quotes I received after shopping prices. ~$1,000 higher for the coil replacement and ~$10,000 higher for a new system. The competing quote I received for a new system was a comparable 2 stage system but a different brand so not completely apples to apples. Both carried the same SEER rating and were known brands (American Standard vs. Lennox).

Air Express always makes you feel like you’re part of the family , from the friendly staff when scheduling to the techs that come out and provide service! They are professional and trust worthy, I recommend them to all my family & friends! If you need a reliable ac company give them a call, you won’t regret it!

Air Express installed a complete Lennox system several years ago and checks the system twice a year for preventative maintenance. Sam Garcia was the technician assigned for this year's spring check up. He arrived before the scheduled time, which I appreciated, was friendly, thorough in his inspection, and communicated each step of the process. A positive experience.
