I have been using Air Express Air Conditioning and Heating since the company was created and have always received exceptional service.

I have purchased new systems through this company as well as semi-annual servicing every fall and spring and have always received exceptional service from Eddie and Josiah. David, the owner, is always available for consultations if needed.

I would recommend Air Express to anyone with a home A/C unit.

I first used AirExpress probably 15 years ago after being told by another company that my AC could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. They replaced a $6 part and everything was good. I have used them for maintenance and repairs since and they have always been friendly and professional. When I did get an AC and HVAC replacement I was given plenty of options and was confident that they had given me all the info to make the best choice.

This company has the most respectful, clean cut technicians. Each person we have had from Air Express has the same positive attitude. They go over and above to fix problems and to look for things that could be a problem in the future. It’s nice to have a consistent positive experience with a service company that we can trust. I would definitely recommend them.

Pro: Dispatcher Christy is responsive and get the tech service same day.

Con: Sky high priced: $220 (capacitor) + $60 (trip) = $280 ! Many AC contractors waived the trip charge with repair. On top of $70 /1#free-on.
• The tech guy more interested in high priced sales pitch than technical repair.
Immediately upon arrival without actual checking, he pressure the annual maint $200 + $3,500 repair evaporator leak (he said 90% of the problem) !

Conclusion: Not recommend .

Air Express has serviced my company's AV units for many years. I have found their administrative staff and technicians to be highly professional and operate with the highest degree of integrity and veracity. More importantly, they consistently deliver results at a fair price.
I strongly recommend Air Express for your AC needs.

Air Express replaced both of my A/C and heating units in 2015 so my annual heating inspections are expected to be short and simple. The service technician, Carlos, has serviced my units before and really goes above and beyond when it comes to checking the details. During my recent heater inspection he did all the usual checks but also went the extra mile to tighten a loose support strap for one of my heater vents. It is this attention to detail that resonates throughout the company that encourages me to continue using them. They are always punctual and call if there will be delays. I have no reservation recommending them.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone went out of their way to answer all my questions before I even paid them a penny. My experience only got better once Justin showed up to do the work requested. He went out of his way to point out a few things that the builder missed when building this house. Justin was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any more questions I had. There are tons of HVAC companies but I’m glad I choose these guys.

I did HVAC years ago so I know enough about it to get by, but have no tools or access equipment to repair or replace my system. My air went out Sunday night and I knew I had at least 1 leak in the system. I called Express Air Monday morning and they told me that Josiah would be at my home between 3 and 5 pm. Josiah showed up on time and no issues with me overlooking to assess the situation. We found several leaks on the outdoor side and I knew it was gonna need to be replaced. I could tell Josiah really wanted to get it up and running for me and my family with as little expense to us as possible. He worked with me for about 3 hours Monday night and we decided on replacing the system. He took his time explaining all the available options and making it right for our home to resolve several issues that we had since they only put 1 system in my 2 story home that was not zoned originally. They got me on the books for Wednesday and put 4 lbs of refridgerant in my system to get me through Monday night. Tuesday morning Josiah dropped off a portable A/C for my bedroom to get us through Tuesday night. Wednesday morning they showed up exactly when they said they would and got to work. AB, Johnathan, Luis and Marcelo did a fantastic install. They were courteous and stayed until 9 pm that night with Josiah to make sure the system was completed correctly and functioning for us so that we had air. I wanted to do it myself to save money and I will tell you that the price they gave was amazing. I don't know that I could have done it myself for the price they gave me. There communication and hospitality from Christine in the office to Josiah to AB, Johnathan, Luis and Marcelo was nothing short of perfect. It is nice to see a larger company out there who truly cares about their customers well being. If you want a great job, fair pricing and to know exactly how and when your system will be fixed and/or replaced, then this is the place to go with. I cannot say enough great things about Express Air. My experience was amazing and we are truly satisfied!!!!!!!

Very poor customer service. I called one week in advance to schedule an appointment. I received an email confirmation one day before the appointment that they will show up. They did not show up as scheduled. When I called them to understand why they did not show up, they said someone called me one day in advance to reconfirm but I requested cancellation of the appointment, which never happened. I asked them about the time of the call, they said it was 2:29 pm. This was the same time of the email confirmation they sent to me. I asked them to explain the email confirmation and the call cancellation (which never happened) happening at the same time, they said they sent the email confirmation as the phone was ringing!!! I would not recommend them for lack of honesty in handling customer queries.
