Tom’s Mechanical is my go-to company for the care of my A/C and Heaters and I highly recommend them. My units are just a few years old, but when lightning struck the Oncor transformer nearby last year, my equipment took the brunt of the damage during Oncor’s repairs. I needed the units checked out and diagnosed as to what damage was done. After researching and asking friends for service provider recommendations, I engaged Tom’s Mechanical. Responsive, very knowledgeable and efficient, from Michelle in the office to Frank and the guys doing the work, we have been pleased with them all. The expertise and experience is apparent in discussions about the issues and costs have been modest and mindful of my budget. Each visit has been 5star! We again signed up for the annual service plan and are confident in the care the technician has provided to our systems. Without hesitation I recommend this company for their expertise, fair pricing and professionalism!
Frank was great at his job and such a nice man! He was very thorough and efficient. Patiently explained all we needed to know. Used careful technique to keep us safe from virus. Tom's people are all like this, I find. The company has a wonderful work ethic.

I normally don't leave reviews but felt compelled too after receiving such great service from Tom's Mechanical. Probably like most people I did not want to purchase a new system but after walking through all my options it was the right decision. My sales rep Kylar did a great job of providing quotes on several systems and walking through the advantages / disadvantages of each system. Once we agreed upon a price he had the job scheduled 3 days later. The crew was on time, polite, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm completely happy and the new system is working great. I didn't realize just how poorly my old system was working until now. Also shout out to Jimmy Hixon for his service and timely advice. Thanks again Tom's Mechanical, you have a customer for life.

Frank was open and honest on his findings when he did a diagnostic on my ac unit. He gave me choices without pushing as salesman but as true technician. I feel very confident to sign up a maintenance agreement to help me over years. I am very glad to find a great company to work with. I am person who be with them for long time just like my insurance. Very prompt on service calls. I could go on but they stand behind install with inspections and prompt response to any service concerns. Felt like I got priority on how quick they called back and rolled a truck.
We called Tom's on a hot Friday evening after our AC quit cooling. Their tech arrived in under two hours and quickly identified and fixed the problem (failed capacitor in the compressor control board). We were very grateful for his efficient and professional work.
Our A/C unit quit working Saturday night. Tech Luis came out Sunday, checked the system out, made recommendations & then repaired the problem. He went to extra lengths to clean and service the system. The following day, I thought the unit had quit working, Tom’s Mechanical sent out Tech Eric who re-inspected the system, and found nothing wrong. The unit was simply trying to catch up with the warm temperatures in the house after having been shut off for 24 hours. Eric adjusted the fan in the outside unit for better efficiency. We were charged on Sunday for the repairs, but not the follow up apt on Monday. Both Luis & Eric were proffesional in their appearance, repair explanation, work and conduct. The unit is cooling once more and we’re happy! Thank you Tom’s Mechanical for sending qualified A/C tradesmen.
