The AC Hero staff are professional, incredibly knowledgeable and honest. After having terrible experiences with 2 other companies and being stuck with no air conditioning for 3weeks in texas heat we were referred to the ac hero. Not only were they able to fit us in the same day their staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They had our unit running within 20 minutes of being onsite. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone.

After my AC unit unexpectedly went out, I was completely stressed with not only researching quotes I could afford (5 ton unit), but also being completely educated in what it was I was even purchasing. Jim with AC Hero did not disappoint. He was the only vendor that sat down with me and walked me through all of my options, step by step. He was even prepared with diagrams to illustrate the mechanics of each option. His soft-spoken demeanor and patience with answering my numerous questions only added to my entire experience with him. The installation process was just as seamless. I felt completely comfortable with Richard, who was a true professional throughout and extremely knowledgeable. He even worked in the rain to make sure my install was complete. There were some unforeseen hiccups (none caused my AC Hero) that Felix, the other installer, relentlessly worked through and made sure I was up to speed with my unit and how to operate my wifi thermostat. I am beyond pleased with the experience. AC Hero will be my go to for any future AC needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had The AC Hero come out to do a furnace tune up at our home and they did an outstanding job. The guys showed up on time, told us what they were going to do and what they recommended along with the cost before starting the work. Amazing company !! We had them come out and do a furnace check before the cold wether hit! They were out the same day and on time ! The tech walked me through everything and said we were all good to go ! I can now feel safe this winter knowing my system is working correctly. We recently had a problem with our heating/ac unit, upon contact with The AC Hero company, Jayme responded to our home and promptly began a diagnosis on our heating/ac system. We had a pretty good idea what the problem was, and after a check of our system, Jayme came to the same conclusion. Further, he went ahead and checked out our whole system to see if everything else was working fine. After his check of the whole system he informed us that the repair he recommended would take care of the problem. Having retrieved the parts necessary to complete the repair, Jayme operated the system giving both the ac and heating unit a operation check, which was successful. We found Jayme and The AC Hero company to be honest, hard-working and went above and beyond your typical service company treatment. We highly recommend Jayme and The AC Hero service company to all. It was a blessing to be treated with respect and dignity.

Eric came out to the house today after we experienced two burst pipes and had been without water for nearly a week. He was respectful of our home and more than knowledgeable with regards to the task at hand. He spent his entire day here at the house and didn't leave until we had running hot and cold water.
