Tonya was the first to pick up my call and was just as helpful as can be. Blake was dispatched to our home and within 20 minutes of my call was at the house checking out our AC. Blake also assisted with our initial setup for our annual checkup plan. His attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding!!

We found Texas Air Doctors when looking for fireplace maintenance. They were so professional that we signed up for routine maintenance on our heating and air conditioning units. Had first service today and their technician, Jeff, validated our decision to do business with them. He is expert, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate how they call to remind me of the appointment and advise when they are en route. This is a 5 star company and I am happy to recommend them.

Joseph was very professional but personal and was the 1st person to ever ask me if it was ok to enter my home. He took extensive notes and pictures of my heating unit during the maintenance check up.
He gave a recommendation of replacement of a sensor part saying he cleaned it but it would be something to consider replacing before it no longer works. I was very impressed with his calm demeanor and will be asking for him again in the future to do the work himself. Thanks Joseph!

Scheduling is very easy and they always come when expected. We buy the early maintenance service and it is well worth it. Our technician spends a good amount of time checking everything out. We like that he gives us a summary of the things he did and any suggestions for maintenance and repairs. There is never pressure to get the work done right away if we think it can wait. Definitely recommend.

I have never been so disrespected as a customer as I was by Jeff Gossett. He was there to help with my elderly grandmothers heater and was trying to convince her to take a service contract and then was going to WAY overcharge her. When I told him we decided not to go ahead with the service he told me that we wasted his time and why did we waste 2 hours of his day. EVEN THOUGH we were still paying the service charge. They way that the technician treated my grandmother and I was so inappropriate and wrong. I will NEVER recommend or use this company again. I work for a small family owned company that is in the service industry and I would like to believe there are good honest people out there but this just really proved that there isn’t.

I had not been able to use my study fireplace since my house was built 9 years ago. 3 other companies tried to fix the gas leak and could not find it. Brian found it right away. I am very happy with the service.
