I called Harmony when my A/C started blowing warm air after a power outage. Unlike other companies, Jesse gave me advice on how to get back on track myself before I needed to spend the money for a service call. It worked! So when I decided my A/C was due for a tune-up, I wanted to call Harmony. Jesse came out, looked my ancient unit over, and made some suggestions for care that were very reasonable, given its age and the fact that I hadnโt had it tuned up in 4 years. ๐ I would definitely recommend them to my friends or family!
I have called 4 times and left messages, no response. I shockingly found out why heโs not responding, he was on the news for murdering 2 teenage boys in their sleep? He should have zero stars in my opinion.
Hands down the most knowledgeable service man I have ever met Jessie came out fixed my unit repaired wiring and did not charge me more than 50.00. when two other companies could not fix my unit without charging over 800.00
Jesse is amazing at customer service. He did right by us with the initial install of our unit years ago, and has truly honored the warranty that went with it. He responded to an emergency outage yesterday, and was out of town when I first called. He tried to walk me through some easy steps to fix it via the phone, but realized there was more to it along the way. He came out way after normal business hours, fixed the problem fast, and didn't charge us a dime. If you're considering a company to go with, go with Harmony.

Unbelievable and Unequal! What a service. AC was down at night. Called Jesse at 6 am and left a message. Got a call back at 6:20 am. He was at our home at 7:15 am. He was done at 8 am. Saved the day that had a forecast of 105. Very reasonable price and a peace of mind. This is the second time I request Jesse services. The other time was for our business. Thank you Jesse.
Jesse was very fast getting to my home to help me with my A/C issues. He fixed everything and got me up running for a fraction of the price that Airco Air Conditioning had quoted me. NO pressure up selling or wasted/excessive proceedures. They have my business from now on.
Amazing customer service at Harmony Environmental Air Conditioning and Heating!! Our air conditioner stopped working at 6:45 pm and we had a hard time finding someone available to repair it after-hours. I called the main number on the Harmony website and spoke to the owner himself at 7:30 pm. He explained that they were very busy that night and booked solid the next day but he would try to come by in the next few hours to look at our unit. Less than 2 hours later he had already arrived and fixed the problem! And the service was VERY affordable! I can't express how much we appreciate his kindness and great service!
Words cannot describe how happy i was with Jesse!!! My heater broke and after calling multiple other places and getting cold uncompassionate service i called him. He came out almost immediately on a saturday. After finding a bigger problem then either of us imagined, unphased he still worked with us to make sure we had heat. He told us he would be back monday to finish up but ended up calling back that very day instead and fixed it. Our heater is now working better than its been since we bought our house and he amazingly kept it in our price range. He went above and beyond and then he went even further. Jesse not only warmed our house, he did so much more than that. Thank you so much jesse. Will be recommending you to everyone. Thank you!!!!! ๐๐๐๐๐
AC failed on 4th of July just before our party. Called our usual company and they came out, said our whole system was shot and missing 8lbs of freon. They gave us a quote for a $12k or $14k system for our 1400sf house - something didn't feel right. Jesse came out this morning and it took him 2 seconds to figure out the pump was clogged. He unclogged it and system immediately came back on! He also said our unit is not missing ANY freon at all! Our unit is 25yrs old so we will have to replace it sooner or later but Jesse said we'd be looking at closer to $6k. He bought us some time to make an informed decision. Sooooo refreshing to meet honest service providers!!! When its time to replace our unit, Jesse will be our 1st call. HIGHLY recommended๐!
