Brian was very knowledgeable and informative when fixing our gas fireplace. He went the extra mile to go over details of our fireplace we didn't know about.

The fan motor in one of my condensers was failing, making a high-pitched grinding noise. Joseph had previously diagnosed the issue a week earlier during my fall system inspection under the VIP Club membership.

Joseph arrived early and explained what he was going to do and why. He replaced the fan motor very quickly and then tested the system while showing me what he had done and explaining in detail the procedure. The best part is I paid nothing, as the part and labor were covered under the extended warranties I purchased. Joseph was efficient, professional and courteous.

I initially called Texas Air Doctors many years ago to repair my gas log fireplace, as they are the only company in my area that performs that type of work. Now I also have two HVAC systems I purchased from them and have also had my ducts cleaned. I recommend them to anyone who in need of these services.

Also, buy all extended warranties and become a VIP club member! Believe me, the potential costs over the life of the system without warranties or regular maintenance will be a lot more than the costs of the warranties and the VIP Club membership!

The service is always great from the techs. Breanna and Taylor are very bubbly when they call or I call.

My wife still raves about the tech who discovered the builders had some connections for the upstairs and downstairs reversed. He fixed that problem last year and our downstairs bedroom has gotten heat like never before.

Nov22: Blake arrived right on time to troubleshoot why the gas fireplace in my new home wouldn't fire up. He Identified the remote (disguised as a wall switch), replaced AA batteries and re-connected wires to the switch box. Thanks so much Blake & Tx Air Doctors. I am enjoying the fire with my coffee this morning. Blake also answered questions about adding a blower. I cant wait for the Holidays and cold weather to really enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

Bryan arrived on time and fixed my ventless fireplace quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with Deandre in setting up the appointment, confirming the day before, and calling 30 min before Brian's arrival. Friendly, courteous, and professional.
