I wanted to be sure my system was maintained and will serve me for years to come. I started with an inspection and we agreed to services, including duct cleaning and maintenance of the system. Raul and Wes were on top of it! They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and helped me get this task crossed off my list of ‘to do’ items for the house. I will have them back next year for ongoing preventive maintenance.

I highly recommend this company! They answer the phones after hours without getting voicemails! Assign a tech, and get him in route within minutes. The tech is very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate this company coming in such short notice to help my situation from getting worse. My water leak was fixed, so no more water damage could be done! The price was very very worth it, and I will be a returning happy customer. If you want a trustworthy professional company, call them! You need them in your life!!!! Thank you AC Hero!

AC Hero came to the rescue after calling numerous companies with no answer! They arrived on time and explained everything that needed to be fixed. Will definitely call them with any AC/plumbing services in the future!

Since I was an experienced contractor from another state that just moved to Texas in the last year it was great to find a company that I felt was honest and didn't play games. Anton knew his trade very well and was very professional. As an experienced residential and commercial contractor I highly recommend The AC Hero team.

My mothers water heater quit heating so she called this company for a repair man to Come and take a look at it. When Mr. Gomez showed up at her house he went straight to the water heater looked at it for five seconds took pictures of it and then proceeded to tell my mother that the hot water heater was No good anymore. She said the water heater was only 7 years old, and oddly enough he told her that that particular hot water heater only last seven years. Went out to his truck come back in with an estimate of $3200 to replace the water heater. She was caught off guard and ask if they had financing and he helped her apply for a “loan” and she was approved. He had already billed the $3200 to this said loan which ended up being a line of credit that he helped her apply for. He didn’t leave her any paperwork any copy of anything that she had signed, not even a business card. Her not knowing any better (the cost of plumbers, and brand new water heater) once Mr. Gomez left my mothers house within 20 minutes she reached out to family. Two separate family members called the company and spoke with Mr. Gomez to cancel this installation and both of them were told of a matter of fact that it could not be canceled because she had signed a contract and the parts and labor had already been paid for (the installment haven’t even taken place yet) the following morning I called the company and asked to speak with a manager or the owner and a young lady with children in the background took my name and phone number and said she would have the manager call me within just a few minutes Mr. Gomez called me I began to explain to him that my mother was 71 years old and didn’t really know a whole lot about what was happening to her. She was clearly being taken advantage of. I told him I wanted to cancel the appointment and he said it was too late the parts were already there and that it couldn’t be canceled. He asked why we wanted to cancel the appointment and I told him because $3200 is outrageous that we could go purchase a water heater ourselves and install it he said my mother had told him the truth that we were going to have an ex-boyfriend of one of the daughters install it for exchange of sex. This was absolutely a lie and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! After a little bit of going back-and-forth with Mr. Gomez he finally said OK I’ll cancel the appointment but we’re leaving the parts in the driveway and we’re still billing your mom the $3200. I got a hold of Wells Fargo and we figured out that it was a line of credit and we filed a dispute for the 3200 that had already been billed to the line of credit.
If Mr. Gomez would have taken the time to troubleshoot and see what was really going on with the water heater he would’ve learned that my mother had turned the temperature up on it a few days before and it shut off due to high heat once I relit the pilot light and turned it back on it was running perfectly fine. I do not recommend this company.

AC Hero truly rescued us during our current snow storm! We had approximately 15 pipes pop and 13 buildings without water. Our residents are all so grateful for their professionalism and promptness. I highly recommend them!

They were fast and very nice. But when he gave me the quote for how much it was gonna be. I had to decline. Almost $ 800 to fix something simple...
