The AC Hero

So I want to say that this review does not in anyway represent the kind and thorough service men who came to my home. I just feel like the actual company is way over priced and ripped me off for the work that they did. $4000 just to clean my AC system, insulate the wiring on outside unit, and install a pvc drain line.I wanna cry just thinking about it. I did approve the estimate, I just thought it would be more involved than what they actually did.

Each time Tyler came to our home he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was extremely grateful how patient Tyler was to explain everything and showing pictures since I am
unable to climb into the attic. He gave recommendations and options. I appreciated his wise counsel without the dreaded hard sale loaded with fear. We considered using another comoany, but didn't. They don't have Tyler.

Tyler showed up on time and had the problem with my AC unit diagnosed in a few mins. He swapped out a bad capacitor and had it blowing cold air in less than an hour. He did some other diagnostic checks on the outside units and made some recommendations for preventive maintenance but no hard sell, just suggestions. Overall, great experience as usual.

The team at AC Hero has been exemplary. From the very first contact to Tyler the technician. We needed an entire HVAC replacement and they have walked us through it every step of the way. Not at all “salesy” but very informative. I would highly recommend

I had water coming under kitchen sink and wanted someone to fix it. Found out it was a loosen pipe from drainage. Thanks for Technicians they fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I’m 70 years old and they did a good job. Would recommend this company anytime.

Zack H and Frank came out today to install my outside unit that needed to be replaced. They were very professional. They were very courteous they got right to work they replace the unit they help me get my phone hooked up to the unit so I can control it they had an issue with the thermostat being smaller but they handled the issue and got a solution and fixed it right away. They both did really well. I appreciate you sending them to do my air conditioning repairs.and
Tyler was very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable. He performed his job quickly, and with the skill of his years of experience, I will recommend y'all whenever called to do so

They are an excellent service.
We had an issue with our A/C and they were prompt to get us scheduled to come out. They explained the problem and informed us of what needed to be done. I recommend them to anyone. Tyler was out service technician and was excellent!!

We had a hot water line leaking behind a half bath / along stairwell. It was leaking into garage. AC Hero was here within 30 mins (AfterHours) and found and fixed the leak before any more damage was done. Would recommend and use again! Ryan M was awesome!

Has a huge water leak new years eve, broken pipe outside in front yard. The service was fast, treated as emergency due to rate of water I was losing. Highly recommend this company for plumbing and heating/ac service.

Frank was amazing he was honest and very professional not pushy on anything and gave honest advice on everything. Even made my spouse understand as well and explained everything which I greatly appreciated.
