The AC Hero

My AC Unit had gone out. After a previous scorching 101day, I had an extremely hot, restless night. Early the next morning, after turning on the tv, I heard an advertisement for The AC Hero and called them. The repairman called in advanced and stated when he’d be out. He arrived, immediately reviewed, my HVAC system, made a diagnoses, took pictures and he came to a workable solution. I Thank You, AC HERO for answering my call.

Everything is working fine now.
I contacted AC Hero and several other Major Named Plumbing companies on Monday afternoon. All the other large companies told me they would not be able to come out for several days. AC Hero was out to my home Monday evening to inspect and evaluate the problem. They scheduled the repair for Tuesday morning, and by Tuesday evening they had it fixed. So AC Hero was able to fix my problem before the Big Companies could even come out to see my problem. But the most impressive and important thing about their service was their HONESTY with me. They explain all my options with pricing, and DID NOT push me toward the most expensive solution. Their "HONESTY" was worth more to me than anything else, and would HIGHLY recommend them to my family, friends and anybody who needs the services they provide.

Had Eric the plumber come out on the weekend to help with a massive drain clog. Very friendly and honest service. Price for the service call on the weekend was 1/5 the price of any other place I called. Eric arrived faster than expected and quickly and professionally helped fix the issue. He also gave me some tips and provided me with some additional knowledge on how my system works which I consider above and beyond service. Would definitely seek plumbing services from this team again in the future!

I spent $2,000 and to repair an upstairs a c. It's still 90 degrees up there after two techs out. I don't think they know what they are doing. Very upset and feel like I have been scammed. I had another company out that confirmed the scam. My coil was bad,. I will be reporting this to BBB. Do not use this company. They have no idea what they are doing.

They came out quickly, within about 3 hours of calling, to get my AC back up and running. With this Texas heat, I couldn't wait until the next day. Glad they were responsive!

I have used The AC Hero for multiple properties. Recently we had our furnace checked for routine maintenance on a new home we purchased in N Richland Hills. This system is about 15 years old and I was sure it was due to be replaced. They saved our family quite a bit of money by fixing the issue instead of suggesting we replace the entire unit like two other companies had done. Their technical knowledge is second to none and they always look to provide a solution that is fiscally responsible to the consumer. If they can fix it they will. They provide outstanding customer service and are transparent in every detail. You can tell they have a customer-centric culture within their business.
