Jeremy Gomez came out to give us an estimate on a water line leak. Jeremy Gomez the technician was very informative and very professional I will recommend The AC Hero and plumbing to my neighbors, found my plumber for life. They were able to dig up line and repair leak in 2 hrs.

Steven was fast and efficient. I already had a plumber come out once who said he’d need to tear out the tile in order to fix my problem. After giving him the ok he didn’t respond to my messages for 3 days. In the meantime I called AC hero and he fixed my issue in about 15 minutes

Noticed an issue with my furnace on a Sunday night and called AC Hero.

Was able to schedule my service call on a Sunday for the next day. Technican showed up on time and was able to identify the problem. I had a detailed quote before the tech left my house which he walked me through line by line.

Eric went above and beyond. Pipes burst in my garage during the Jan 2021 Texas snow and freeze and ACE was able to send someone the same day. He capped off our pipes to the washer/dryer unit quickly so we could restore water to our house. He ensured everything was safe and got us scheduled quickly for them to return in a few days to fully repair. Considering that half of Dallas had pipes bursting all over and most couldn't get a plumber to come for days - - this was a godsend. He was quick, friendly, responsive - - and honestly came late in the day to early evening when his day was actually done, but saw we needed help and got us in. I have used ACE for a while and its always in crisis when lots of people need plumbers. They came through big! Thank you Eric and ACE!

My upstairs unit was not working, I made a call to AC Hero this morning at 7:00AM and Autumn fit me into their schedule today and was actually their first appointment of the day. Sean was fantastic, working on my AC by 8:30AM. Sean explained all the issues, remediated my issues and we're back up and cooling the upstairs. Fantastic customer service by the AC Hero team.
