Would have given a one because of the three people at the counter, 2 were just talking while the third tool customers but the guy in the back that helped me was courteous and was quick to lend a hand.

Had a great experience here. I called to check if an item was in stock and when I arrived at the store they had the item out front with my name on it. I was in and out in 7 minutes. Excellent!

If you buy a product here like stihl o any other brand becarful becouse the guaranty is not by them you need yo call the the stihl dealer in this case to see if they can fixed o not is a long proces and some cases like my no one was responsible

The store was in good order. Staff was friendly and helpful. I ended up buying more then i needed lol.

Northern Tool + Equipment is a great place to shop if you're looking for tools Home Depot or Lowe's may not have. My house is close to a Home Depot but I may start passing them up and start going straight to Northern Tool + Equipment for all of my hardware purchases

A well stocked supply company. They have everything type of tool, drills grinders, replacement mower engines and so many other things that it would take multiple pages to list all. In addition the floor associates are well trained and knowledgeable.

Very good quality service always very helpful people like Natasha always trying to help you out very friendly and honest thank you
