Today was my last day of work at Conditioned Air and I want to do this review for the benefit of both customers and potential employees. I have worked there for five and a half years and I can say that it has been the best experience I have had since working in the Air Conditioning industry.

Clients: Let me tell you a little anecdote that I had when I became an employee of the company. The owner welcomed me and then he went on to tell me: "Renan, something very important to me is: You have to be honest with my customers ALWAYS." I had never heard anything like this from a company owner. That left me in shock because most company owners put profits before honesty. I can honestly say that I have never felt pressured to sell anything to customers. The culture of the company is to offer the best possible service and it has several highly experienced and knowledgeable technicians (For example Carlos Morales and Tracy among others).

The service manager, Raymond Wolf, is not only someone with exceptional technical knowledge, but he also dedicates himself to training his staff to offer a quality and honest service. If you are considering becoming a client of this company... You have made an excellent selection! If you are already a customer... you are in excellent hands. I thank all the customers who generously showed their appreciation for my work by serving them.

Potential Employees: If you are considering becoming an employee at Conditioned Air, keep in mind that you will have exceptional training opportunities in an impressive variety of technologies. From communication systems to geothermal systems...all with the training and support you will need to succeed. You will be continually able to grow. (Additionally Jared, the manager of commercial systems has a wonderful experience in commercial controls that he makes available to his technicians)

Raymond Wolf, the service manager, is someone who served for almost 30 years as an air technician, and he has a very broad technical domain. Additionally, if you show real interest in taking care of customers and providing them with the best possible service... you will find in him more than a boss, you will find an excellent friend. His respect for the staff he directs, as well as his personal interest was something that captivated me immediately and has made me appreciate him as a friend a lot.

My reasons for not continuing to work at Conditioned Air are of a family nature, and for this reason I can honestly, frankly and clearly recommend Conditioned Air as a company in which I have felt like part of a family.

P.S. This review is carried out with total honesty and without anyone asking me to do so. I hope it will help you in your decision to consider Conditioned Air as your Service Company or your potential employer.

Conditioned Air Mechanical, LLC is a very good and supportive company. They came after hours and were very professional. I like the fact that they found the problem right away and serviced it without trying to sell me something that I did not need. Unlike the other big companies such and JM I am not saying the name they were reasonable. Thank you for your service and I highly recommend this company.

We have been customers of Conditioned Air for over thirty years. They have always been quick to respond and straight forward with their assessments, estimates and repairs. So much so that we had them install a replacement system when that became necessary some years back. We have a service contract with them and it is well worth it. Last weekend we had a problem. So we called it in, Eric was here within two hours, late on a Saturday afternoon mind you, to take care of us. And that is the way we feel about the experience, we were taken care of...professionally...as always.

But in this particular case, Eric was the best of the best as far as I'm concerned. He put up with my concerns, answered all of my questions, and got us cool again in no time. I was in the service business for over 50 years, so I understand what reputation is all about. If you call this company, you will not be disappointed. Top notch, and has been as long as we have dealt with them. I highly recommend them.

Just called to get an estimate. Asked for an email and the lady just said "we don't give emails over the phone" and slammed the phone. I guess they are doing too well to care about gaining more business and being respectful.

Customers: You're in good hands if you get to the right people. Raymond, Jared, Bill, & John are all very helpful and knowledgeable - ask for them depending on your needs. Your data is safe, your records are safe, and they know their way around their respective areas of expertise. A bit pricey, but you absolutely get the service you pay for (use the PMA!!) Also good, friendly, & knowledgeable technicians. You're always in good hands.

Potential employees: I would err on the side of caution if you choose to work here. Some employees will gossip and bad-mouth you to other employees behind your back if they deem you unsuitable. I personally am not accepting of that. I wouldn't go so far as to say they're racist (I personally don't think so) but if they deem you unworthy, you will get ran out very quickly. Don't look for job security here.

TL;DR -

Customers: Choose Conditioned Air. ABSOLUTELY worth it.

Looking for a job?: Think twice, accept the offer but keep your options open.

We needed a new AC as ours was over 22years old. Mr. Eddie came out and looked over our current situation and presented us with 2 options for replacing our system. He was very though with providing information on the system and was kind enough to answer all our questions. Once we decided on which option we wanted, he had a crew out the very next day. The guys were very polite and courteous. They worked hard and were very detailed on the installation. Once they were done they went over everything and answered any other questions. Mr. Eddie went above and beyond by coming back out to ensure we were happy with the service and to make sure all questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the service. I would recommend Conditioned Air to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Finally a HVAC company that is all about the customers. Eddie Hedger is very knowledgeable and able to help us understand what is going on with our systems. Made sure our pricing fit our budget and was fast and clean with all the work. Great company we recommend it to everyone.

Across the board - Conditioned Air not has to be - but IS the finest company for aircondioning and heating needs. They installed and have maintained our units for years and delightfully will be our HVAC company for years to come. Do yourself a favor and add this company to the top of your list.
