My first time hearing about the store & decided to give it a try. We were greeted by three different employees & found the items we needed. Will definitely come back again.

If u need to repair something that you need in the same MONTH, please take it to another place.
They don't answer their phone and if you need to talk to the Manager be prepared to wait...
When he finally comes to you.. this is what you get:

Stopped by to buy a drill. Went in, found the drill I wanted. Waited a while and asked to 2 salesmen if they could unlock the shelf door to obtain the new drill. One said the doors are locked and asked the other if he would get the key from the front counter.
Waited for the salesman to comeback with key awhile, then he shows up and gives another shopper a price a on an item. No key, the two salesmen try to figure out why he didn't get the key. I don't think he remembered by the look on his face. But
he went back to the front counter and obtained the electronic key while we waited again. Finally got the drill and the salesman said he had to carry it to the front counter .
We went to the front counters, there's two cashiers, one helping a customer, the other talking to another sales guy or manager. My drill was placed behind the busy cashier and was told she would check me out. The guy yhat helped me went and started talking to the other cashier and mamager guy. So I wait and wait, while the other cashier and all three sale men talk behind the front cashiers counter. I'm waiting, Then the busy cashier asks me if I need some help. I said yes I want to buy the drill behind her on the counter with money in hand. She grabbed the new drill and took it to the other cashiers counter and said she would check me out. The cashier walked back to her register to finishing help her customer. Then the original salesman that said the busy cashier would help me, picked the drill up and said what's this doing here and carried it back to the busy cashier counter. Everyone went back to talking except the one busy cashier. I waited and waited, figured they didn't want my money so, I walked out and not one person asked me anything. They stopped talking and watched me walk out.
What a messed up organization. Customer service is not a priority for them. I will not do business with them anymore.

Ever since they remodeled the store, there is much more selection and inventory compared to other Northern Tool stores in the greater Houston area. Will start coming to this store before I go to the Katy store

I called to see availability for a Stiehl battery-operated leaf blower. Talked with "Matthew".

Matthew advised that they had one. He could put my name on it and hold it for me till Wednesday when I could come by.

I go by early to pick it up. I asked for Matthew. The store did not know where he was as he had not shown up for work. A sales rep never found a blower with my name on it. Finally Matthew shows up and tells the sales rep he never talked with me and doesn't know about holding a blower. Never even came to speak with me about the blower. Second sales rep just says sorry and walks off. Called corporate office never got a call back.

Will never go here again as I don't have time to waste.

Great atmosphere! Everyone is helpful. Had issues with a pressure washer and the manager took care of me. Definitely would recommend shopping at this location.

I was sold a faulty chainsaw. At the time of purchase, the store associate didn't even bother to check it before they sold it to me, like they usually do. They also didn't mention that I wasn't able to return. When I went back, I explained to the store manager that I was never able to use it, and he still denied a return. He also mentioned that the person that repairs it wouldn't be available until the following week. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing anything else from this company. Horrible customer service!!!
