Anthony Piazza from Rocket Man plumbing came to help assess and repair our toilet that was spraying from the water shut off valve. He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He really helped me understand what was going on and explained what he was doing. I would trust them to do all my plumbing work! Fantastic service! They were able to send him the day of, and he came within an hour or calling in the appointment!

Great experience! Emergency call. Sent a text when he was on his way. Was on time! Explained where air conditioning leaves off and plumbing begins. Very patient, clear, and trustworthy. Feel good about calling and using Anthony in the future.

Jorge came out quickly on Saturday and installed our new blower in 100 degree weather! The attic where he had to work was definitely even hotter. He was friendly, professional, and gave us some great tips for helping to keep our system running smoothly in the future. The whole team at RocketMan was very helpful! Jorge and his team provided excellent service. They arrived on time and installed an a/c unit and a hot water heater. Jorge kept me updated throughout the installation. Everything looks and works great. Highly recommended!

Unit compressor quit on us at some point in the evening and crept up to 84degrees around 10pm (with a sweaty and fussy 4 month old). With one call, I had extremely professional customer service experience from rocket that scheduled an after hours visit. They sent Nathan K over.

He was genuine, honest, and super friendly. After a quick replacement of a part, everything kicked back on.
