Northern Tool + Equipment

I have purchased a $600 equipment from this Northern tools because it was a convenient location to my office and if I had a problem I could take it in for repair. Equipment that I have purchased less than six months ago now is not working, when I took it in for them to inspect it and find out why it’s not working they told me that currently they don’t have any mechanic and they will not be able to repair equipment or inspect my equipment. They also suggested for me to take the equipment across the city which is nearly 40 minutes away from my office for them to inspect it!

Very Inconvenience, will never buy ANYTHING from them EVER AGAIN

was in the store today, been going to this store for yearsdid purchase for $120. last week asked the cahier the i forgot to bring my $20.00 coupon ans she said you can bring it any time before the coupon expries,so went to the store this morning talk to the cashier her name is Daisy and she was trying her best to help me out but she couldnt do it so she call for help and 2 manager came to the counter on of them with the glasses i think his name was Paul and that guy didnt want to listen or help me or the cashier to solve the problem ,but gave a comment thiis is not fun and threw my reciept on the back counter which i went and picked it up,,and left the cashier crying anyway i didnt wanted to have any problem for the cashier so left the store.she was crying that she have done something wrong and she will have a warning , it not the cashiers fault the managers are to solve and to make customer happy .please if the corporate office is seeing this pls help the cashier and take action with the manager.

Natasha is always nice and helpful. I shop this location because of her good service. She's the best.

Worse Customer Service I've Ever Received!

He Told Me They Were Out Of The Item & In Fact I Found It Myself After Going To The Area!
Then It Was A Very Unpleasant Conversation While I Was Leaving!
TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES,
THEY CANT THREATEN TO HARM A CUSTOMER NO MATTER WHAT!

Good variety of tools here. Bought tire for my travel trailer. Also sell Interstate batteries, both cranking and marine types. Was open on the holiday.

Single register open with a line of people, multiple people and I decided to leave instead of wait. Staff standing around watching the line accumulate was the worst part.
