The store was clean and items were really easy to find. Also, the cashiers Maria and Asusena were very nice and helpful at time to check out.

stock in store is not consistent with what the website says, had to drive to another store only to discover that they hold the wrong product for me. fortunately i found what i was looking for but it was broken. good thing i got a little discount for that. but still. overall not so good first experience. might give them another chance another time, when i need tools. but i rarely do.

Natasha is very nice and deserves a raise. She is a really good hard worker.

I bought on line 2 items one metal shear and one pan breaker. I still waiting since October 2019 for my pan breaker, the manager said to me I'll all you next week to find out what's going on. I gave him my number 9 times already and is in their system, what's going on Northern Tool? Can someone really take care of this store?

It was very welcoming to see and hear such friendly faces and voices! In this day and time of grumps, this trip was well worth it.

My experience at this location is one that I wouldn't want for no one to experience. I was discriminated and referred to as those people from employee Natasha that's been working for this company for fourteen years. I was humiliated, yelled at and treated very unprofessional. At the end I assisted by a manager but the damage was already done....

Great customer service from the staff. Was able to answer questions and researched answers to questions they were uncertain of.

Assistant manager, tall heavy set white male, doesn’t have good customer service skills, and not selling to help no customers. I had to pull up the page up for an item I needed and he stared at me like I was stupid, someone take him off the register or take him off the schedule.

Customer Service - Ms. Natasha is a true gem. She is extremely helpful, polite, and takes customer service to another level.

Honestly amazing place I took in something to warrenty out for my dad and I was helped fast and I recommend definitely purchasing warrenty with everything you buy that has warrenty available because it’s definitely easy to replace when damaged as long as it’s not a Maintenance problem.
