Northern Tool + Equipment

We were interested in discussing a home generator. Spoke with Paul Podojil and he was excellent in explaining what was involved in getting a home generator. Very helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff at this store is always helpful and provides great customer service.

I love going to Northern Tool. Customer service is exceptional and prices on tools are very competitive. I have purchased many items from this store. The one time I had a hiccup, it was quickly addressed by the store manager and resolved.

Nice clean store with lots of products

Saw online they had a promotion for $20 off $100 spent and I asked the cashier Samantha if I could use it in store. She told me I had to order it online and wait for pick up in order to get the promotion. So I did it and when I went up to the register to pick up after waiting I saw on the register a stack of the same coupons right in front of her. Won’t be back.

Had a great experience at this store today. Made a return/exchange with 2 lovely ladies by the name of Maria & Tina. We didn’t have all of our receipts but they found a way to help us. Thank you!!!!

I went in looking for a rather special star drive driver; they didn't have it. Nonetheless, I spent another 30 minutes roaming around the store seeing what they stock. It is an impressive variety. The store is very clean, well organized, and has a very helpful staff. This will not be my last visit.

David helped me when I was having trouble finding the trailer hitch cargo carriers. Did an amazing job of spending the time I needed to get the products I was looking for. I Couldn't have asked for better customer service!

I went to place and asked for a grinder wrench. and One of the employees the older gentleman said they they do not have any equipment for kobalt tools. Luckily I did not take he's word for it and looked for myself and found what I was looking for I guess he just did not want to help me I don't know what he's deal was but he was no help at all I'd give 5 stars for the equipment.
But I'd give you a negative start if I could for my experience with your employee 👎

I came to get a new suction hose for my sprinkler pump and couldn't find it. Your employee Paul walked out to my pickup truck and looked at my old hose. He went to the storeroom and found one for me. He was very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely tell my friends about this store
