Worst store and customer service. They will not value your coupon!!!!’nSo, I took a coupon $10 off a purchase of $50 or more. The cashier scanned my items I gave her my money and then my coupon and she said it was too late. She said I had to give her the coupon before she started scanning. Manager came and told me the same thing. They will not value the coupon. Don’t think I will shopping at any northern tool anymore!!!!!!!!!

This is a great place to shop and always has good customer service. If the item isn't in stock they will order it and I can pick it up at the street. A clean well run location.

Website (Northern Tool) clearly states 8 pm as closing time on a Friday. Pulled up at 715. Several guys gather at window and wait to see what I will do. I pull around parking lot, check their company website, and sure enough it does say 8. Once I get out of car, one guy sprints out store and backs up a truck to the front door. They decide to motion with a finger across the throat that they have decided to close early. They used to always just close the front door which is the rolling overhead steel kind when it was closing time.

Awesome store. Friendly and helpful staff. Have dealt with Paul on numerous occasions and he always goes out of his way to be very helpful.

Shinny, well organized tools of all sizes, fields, and colors fill up this store.

The staff was very helpful and polite, helping us find the 4 items they we needed in no time st all. I highly recommend this location.

If you need high quality tools at a great price, this is the store for you. Everything from welding to water pump's, mowers to moving equipment. They have it all and are happy to assist in any way they can, from advice to leading your purchase in your vehicle. Always friendly and ready to help, give them a try.

Well organized. Place is huge. If You don't see it can't find what Your looking for, ask! Worth the drive. Quality. Was looking for a specific brand if floor jacks. They had them. Perfect. Worth going again, when I have more time to browse.

Northern Tool has been my go to place for hard to find parts like pressure washer hoses and more. Some price labels missing from shelves but you can find the prices on their website. Seems like higher quality than Harbor Freight and their sales prices from the Nov flier were still in effect.
