The employees here are so friendly and helpful especially Natasha M. such a very friendly lady! I had talked with her on the phone a few days before going to the store about buying a trailer. When we got there she contacted the manager they got the paperwork started and we were in and out of there in no time! They care about their customers!

Natasha M is the best customer service rep I could ask for! She took a complex situation and transformed it into a pleasant experience. Of course I gave her 5 stars and I hope, when I return, she helps me again. I will be asking for her by name. Buy her lunch or five her a raise, she earns it!

Great variety for any mechanic, welder, electrician or handyman.

Paul was of GREAT help! Awesome customer service. I bought 4 of the 27 gal plastic totes which, unfortunately, 2 of those were damaged. Paul made the transactions (pick up and return) easy and quick.

I bought my very first piece of power equipment. I thought I had it under control and had no idea what I was doing. I called the store and ended up coming in. The manager happily helped me and answered all my questions. They were very busy but they definitely are me feel like 1st priority.

Since 2017 has run the small power washing company oh, I'll come to Northern Tools and equipment for my gear. In that time I've gotten to know many of the people who work at the store on 59 Southwest Freeway No One Compares to Natasha her patience and knowledge about everything in the store makes me happy. When I walk into the store and she's there I know she will help me get in and out with what I need quick.

Its horrible experience that my husband and i had with manager calling cops on him because we were asking for our refund on a horsepower generator we been waiting for days to get it checked and refunded… they want to charge me 15% off our refund because we put gas on generator to use it and it didn’t even sparked to turned on… went yesterday he called cops and cops told us to take it to corporate or to civil court against him. WORST MANAGER not helpful at all.

First time at a Northen tool store. Nice and clean store everything organized. One employee Doc helped me get the chainsaw I needed and Natasha the cashier was nice and friendly and helped me with the my purchase and applying for the credit card. Will come again.

I came in to pick up a large online order of water pump fittings, something had shown as in stock online but employee of the store Paul and I were unable to locate it. He worked with me to come up with a workable alternative. He was extremely helpful through the whole transaction!
