From start to finish, my experience was AMAZING! Michael was informative, dependable, honest, hard working, and stayed until the late hours completing a new install. Customer service was exceptional! I highly recommend and I will be using for routine maintenance!

The crew worked when it was 35° out and had the entirely new unit installed super quick and by the time they left my house it was nice and toasty. Super nice guys and very knowledgeable and time efficient.

I called All About Air at 10AM in desperate need of an HVAC inspection and repair estimate for a real estate transaction that had a midnight deadline. Amber answered my call, listened to my situation and found a way to schedule Chris to come out late that afternoon. Chris arrived with Louis and together they performed a thorough inspection of the system. Even late in the day they took time to explain what they found and why it was important. They were very professional, efficient and friendly. They even took the Covid 19 precautions seriously.
After the inspection, Chris promised to send the reports and estimates that same evening. True to his word, I got all the information I needed in time to get it sent to my real estate agent before the deadline.
I want to thank Amber, Chris, Louis and all the folks at All About Air for saving the day for me. I will definitely be calling them back to make the repairs and services when the transaction is closed.

September 2020: This is my second major experience using All About Air for major AC and Heating work. See my first experience below in November 2018.

I have been using All About Air since November 2018 for all my AC and Heating needs since my first experience was so positive. They provide good Spring and Fall maintenance on my units. In the Spring, they informed me that I needed to think about replacing two of my 1999 vintage units. They were right! Both units finally died in the same week in September.

I called All About Air and they knew my house (3 units). They went out to the house and provided me with a video of my units and attic equipment/vents with commentary. Then, they sent me three options to consider for repairing or replacing the two old units. They listened to my situation and provided solid advice for me to make the right decision for my family.

When 3 days of getting the quotes, my two new units were installed and running. It was another great experience using All About Air. They even did all the work while we were out of town.

I cannot say enough about this company and its people. They are the best people to work with if you are looking for true professional service for your AC and heating needs. I highly recommended them.

November 2018: My A/C went out at 7 pm on a Friday evening just before the Thanksgiving holidays. Amber was very helpful and sent out a technician after hours to help me out. She also followed up with me about the technician's name, picture, background, telephone number, vehicle as well as his estimated time of arrival. The technician quickly figure out the problem and even look over the complete system to make sure he had all the right information just in case I wanted to consider all the options to repair or replace the old system. Amber followed up on the appointment after it was completed to ensure All About Air would help me figure out the right solution.

In the end, I replaced the system completely. All About Air gave me four different options to consider and explained the advantages of each system. I picked one of the middle options based on the way we use our system and its efficiency rating.

All About Air quickly ordered the system and was able to start the installation one day ahead of schedule. They completed the system as sold. The technicians and the owner, Brian, were here at the completion of the installation to make sure we understood how to operate the system as well as to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. The owner looked at my others systems and offered to have the technicians do a little maintenance work on the ducts while they were installing the new system. This was greatly appreciated!

FYI - I have never written a review for a service in my life. However, All About Air was such a great experience that I had to write and let others know what a first class, small family run business that you can trust to do an excellent job when it comes to air conditioning and heating systems from a new installation to maintenance of older systems.

Chris Allison provided excellent and very professional service for my HVAC maintenance. He arrived on time and kept me informed during the process... and was undeterred even though my unit was hard to access. Highly recommend.

Luis and All About Air were fantastic. They came in to an unknown situation, found a lot of unexpected issues, and were able to correct all of it. They kept me informed the entire time, making sure I understood what they were doing and why, so that I was comfortable with the whole process. I'm fully confident my home's HVAC is functioning optimally and will be using All About Air for maintenance and upkeep going forward.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were able to schedule an appointment to service our AC on the same day. The technician called shortly after and said he could head our way within 15 minutes. We definitely recommend their services.
