All About Air

I needed a spring checkup on my ac as a hot Texas summer will soon be here. I called All About Air and was assigned Marshall. He is young, enthusiastic and thorough. He checked out my air conditioner and explained his findings to me. I am happy I called All About Air. Thank you Marshall!

I am new to the Marble Falls area and recently purchased a home from an estate sale. No one knew any history on the home and it appeared the a/c system didn’t seem to be working properly. I contacted All About Air on a recommendation from friends and neighbors. The technician (Michael) from All About Air was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and answered all my questions and took time to explain an answers I didn’t understand. The system is fairly old but still in good working condition and only needed a good cleaning according to Michael. He was very thorough in checking the unit out cleaning it.
His honesty and integrity was refreshing. I have dealt with two people personally from this company now. And on both occasions they had the perfect opportunity to try to upsell me on a new system or unnecessary repairs. Both Brandon, who did the initial inspection, and Micheal, the technician who did the work, were absolutely fantastic in my book! They were honest, dependable and forthright to deal with. I’m a customer from now on and will highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Incredible service, Chris Allison was the technician and he was very professional. He took the time to show me what he found and what he was doing to correct the problem. Chris took pride in his work and it was great to talk with him. I would leave a door open and trust him to come in my house without me being home. All About Air is a top notch 5 star company.

Very experienced, kind, professional, not expensive, offered solutions without being forceful about more expensive options and as he left the gate in yard came unhinged and he fixed it at no charge. 2nd time using this company because of great job done by Chris.

Michael showed up on time, introduced himself, and went to work! Very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Had to replace a part - had part, price, and explanation for the pros and cons of doing it now vs later. We decided to replace now, before we have a house full of guests and 105 degree afternoons!

Chris came within hours of my call and was able to fix my A/C same day! He was very professional and showed photos and videos of the problems he found before presenting me with 3 different options on how to proceed. I appreciated his thoroughness and his ability to explain what was wrong. I also appreciated the different price quote options. Working with Chris made me feel like he knew what he was doing and wasn't trying to scam me. I feel like my A/C had quality repair work done!

Out of 7 estimates for a new HVAC system we chose All About Air and I'm very glad we did. I chose them over other local and national options because of the constant communication, promises that were kept and personal office staff. When someone answers the phone and knows you by name, it's like you're dealing with better than family. Our install went well, techs cleaned up daily and the install time was as promised.
