McIntosh is an incredible company with amazing employees. When we’ve had problems they get here quickly and are great at diagnosing issues and addressing problematic issues before they become major. A big shout out to Diana in the office who works hard to accommodate our schedules, Danny, who is great at diagnostics and service and to Tim, General Manager, who took care of us by installing a big new fan motor. We feel comfortable having McIntosh in our home.

Very pleased with the service. They arrived when they said they would. Repaired my A/C in less than 30 minutes. Pleasant to talk with and took a moment to explain the issue. Plus, he even verified our new thermostat was completely set up correctly. Highly recommend!

McIntosh AC does much more than just help us keep our cool when things get super hot in the Highland Lakes. Those folks unfamiliar with our Central Texas winters will also appreciate McIntosh when they show up on time to kickstart a cranky heating unit on a below freezing day.

I like to stand back, look over the shoulder of the repair tech and ask dumb questions. Any of the McIntosh techs patiently explain to me what they are doing and why, and what I can do to make the HVAC work better longer.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The owner actually noticed a problem with our HVAC system from our Nexia app and came by our home himself to let us know there was an issue! Diana, in the office, is always so pleasant on the phone and works with clients to make sure things go well. The technicians who have come to our home for repairs/maintenance have always been super good at what they do, professional, and personable. After dealing with a company from Austin and almost pulling out my hair to try to get them to honor their maintenance contract, this company is amazing! You can count on them. The owner has great people working for him and he is on top of things.
