Wonderful experience from start to finish. Communicated quickly when we needed service. Turns out we needed a whole new system. They gave us plenty of options and time to think about it. Once we decided, it was scheduled quickly and actually was even able to be installed a day sooner! The installation crew was awesome to work with. They were conscious of dirt and debris and placed mats down to help with it. Overall it was an A+ experience! I highly recommend them.

When my AC went out I contacted 3 businesses in my area. Mcintosh was able to come look at the unit the same day. They were professional and very easy to work with. They provided me with a thorough assessment of the problem and a quick written estimate. Great price and they were able to quickly get me on the schedule for the repair. Great experience with McIntosh. Extremely quick to come to my home and diagnose the issue. Found a hard to find part in another part of the state and had it installed the next day. Tim and Jeff went above and beyond with the install and made sure the system was working and in great shape before they finished. Very happy customer!

Tim came within 20 minutes of the call in 100f heat when the air conditioning unit at our rental failed. He repaired the problem quickly and courteously and they now have all my heating and air conditioning business because of the professional way they handled it.

The McIntosh team were fantastic, and I would recommend them without hesitation. I contacted Tim because of great online reviews and discussed options for installing a second HVAC system and necessary ductwork to our house in place of a couple of failing ductless mini-splits.

Tim quickly provided a quote (where others took weeks to reply), had materials available (where others were waiting months for supplies), and worked with me to schedule a time for installation. The team that came to do the work was friendly, respectful, and considerate of any mess they might make. Some furniture needed to be moved, and others were covered with drop cloths. On the day that they finished, I had to leave the house before them, and when I returned, I found that they had put my daughter's bunk bed back in place and even re-strung the Christmas lights she had hung along the top.

If I need additional HVAC work in the future, I'll be certain to call Tim and the McIntosh team.

The whole crew who’ve worked in two houses over many years, installing new systems and servicing old ones, have always been some of the most professional service workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They are knowledgeable and always respectful of the fact that they are in my house.

I can’t remember a single time I could ever tell they were even here, other than a problem solved. The care they take in making sure they are clean and careful not to leave scuffs/marks on my walls, even when doing dirty work in tight spaces is especially notable.
