AC went out over night. Called them at 6am and got return call at 6:30. Scheduled repair for 8:30 and Tim showed up on time and fixed unit in 10 minutes. Capacitor went out. Great response time and customer service.

Wonderful company all around. Getting on their schedule was a breeze. Pleasant customer service. Tech was very respectful and took great care of our ac system. We felt he went above and beyond the service he provided for us. We will definitely be calling again for services and we will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

We have been using McIntosh Air for a few years and have never been disappointed. They are courteous, professional, and clean! They have knowledgeable team members and I just wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have had McIntosh AC install systems in two homes. Before the new systems, McIntosh was very responsive when I had AC issues. Mr. Tim Brandt goes out of his way to assure everything is proper. I cannot thank him enough for his service.

We have used McIntosh for over a decade at multiple different residences. They are always on time (or early) and are extremely professional. Our last interaction with them was for some routine maintenance before summer started, and the crew showed up early and were very respectful of social distancing and they wore masks every time they came in the house. The next month our electric bill was substantially lower, too. We recommend McIntosh to anyone who needs HVAC service done - they are a very well-run business that puts the customer first.

This is the only service that responded out of seven different calls to seven different companies. This is the only company that would come out on Sunday. Tim did an excellent job and was much appreciated. From now on I’m gonna call him first.

McIntosh A/C & Heating installed a Mitsubishi ducted mini-split in our home last week. We selected this company because they were the most professional of the companies we got bids from as well as the most affordable. The system has been installed for a little over a week now and we are extremely pleased with the performance of the unit. The gentlemen who installed our system were very efficient and considerate while they were working in our home. We will definitely be calling this company in the future to work on our home as well as our rental properties. We highly recommend McIntosh A/C & Heating.
