Tim came over on a Sunday morning and had my AC up and running in just a few minutes. He checked my Freon and air filter too. Very professional and friendly. I will highly recommend doing business with this company.

Once again, Tim and his staff went out of their way to provide us with kind ,efficient service in this 100 degree weather. We now have a new compressor and our AC is back in service! Our thanks and heartfelt appreciation for all the effort put forth by Danny and Tim despite the oppressive heat they worked in to get our AC back in working mode.

Good experience originally. Worked within tight timeframes and completed the project with no mess and a clean install. Decent price, but did not 100% solve the problem and suggested adding insulation, which cost another $1k and that too did not solve the problem. Finally called another company 6 months later to figure out the real problem, which was solved by the other company and not identified originally by McIntosh.

Tim was great --- Very efficient and gave me all my options --- will definitely continue to do business with them
