MCINTOSH AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

I had just purchased a new "old" home in Marble Falls, TX, and hired McIntosh to come check out my AC unit to make sure all was well. I'm from a cold Maine climate, so had no experience with AC units. The service rep from McIntosh called me to let me know he was on his way, was on time, was professional, and answered my many questions. Diane, who runs the office, always returns my calls promptly. I highly recommend McIntosh! They know how to run a business and customer service is a priority😁

McIntosh has been servicing our retail & living space for 5 years (and before my time here!). Our building was built in the 1890’s and their team has always been quick to respond and keep us up & going even with challenges that arise in such an old building! I can’t thank Tim & his team of guys enough!! Highly recommend!

I had an AC unit go out and Tim and team responded quickly and professionally. They came out to replace a 3 ton unit and furnace. They wore face masks and booties to help protect me and my wife since we are over 65 years of age. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service and support. I highly recommend them

Ac went out at the house and made the call. They were out the next day by 9am and got us all fixed up. Dreaded a large bill but it was incredibly fair. Great timely service. Will use them again.

We have used McIntosh for many years. They (particularly Tim) have saved us many times because they come as quickly as possible and always know what to do and get it done. We just got back in our house after the flood, and we called them to check out our air conditioner. Danny was here the next day and gave it a complete check up. Problems were found. He called Diana to get the parts ordered. As soon as they arrived, Danny was here to install them.
I don’t think we could find another group of people any more dedicated to customer satisfaction than McIntosh.

I was very pleased with Tim and everyone I’ve had the pleasure with dealing at McIntosh. They exude professionalism and Tim’s 30+ years in the trade are quite apparent. They even managed to squeeze in a friend of mine into their busy Monday schedule.

Answered my request for a quote immediately. Out of all the quotes, McIntosh had the best price. Within a week the installers came out, they were professional and I was charged the amount I was quoted - no extras. I highly recommend them and will call on this company for future needs.
