Fast and helpful getting on the phone to schedule an emergency service call. Technician was awesome and quick to diagnose the problem with our outside unit, replaced a part under warranty, and was very thorough. Will definitely use them again if needed.

All About Air saved us when our 3 year old AC failed (poor system not installed by All About Air). They came by on a Friday evening and thoroughly checked our system. Although our system was not salvageable, they ordered a new system and spoke with our homeowners insurance multiple times to assist us. Michael was a key, knowledgeable AC pro that diagnosed other problematic aspects for us to be aware of as well. The best part is that they provided excellent customer service, got us a better system installed within just a few days, and suggested we wait on the other areas to be upgraded when pricing would be better! Solid team with stellar work ethic and heart! Highly recommend!

I have had Michael at our Business location several times for a variety of repairs and installations. He answered a call this week for a broken heating system. He was on time and did a diagnostic check on my unit, one that has been giving problems for several years. He then advised me including a great explanation with plenty of photos. I was then provided quotes on replacement and repair. The replacement price was great so I went with that. I have used All About Air for nearly 20 years and have full trust in their technicians. They always give a best effort and always show up.

Chris was very professional and detailed oriented on the AC checkup. I was impressed that he explained about cleaning the contacts and what usually happens to them. He seems to take pride in his work which is greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company for new equipment and maintenance care.
