Shaun always provides quick and thorough service, even on short notice. Excellent work.

My heat went out and the thermostats were reading 32 degrees. Shaun came at midnight to check my heat. He ordered a part first thing the next morning to make sure me and my children had heat. He was respectful and knowledgeable about his craft. I cant thank him and this company enough for helping me. I would hire them again and recommend their services to others.

My experience was not good at all. I was disappointed with the service. I am a senior citizen and the furnace was not repairable . In fact a new one is needed. He charged me 175.96. He walked out the door and it went off; so I was right where I started. I called and text several times. I had to get The Better Business Involved. Two others came in with their quotes and said he should have known it would not be repairable. He has refuse to refund the $175.96 cent. Blacked Own. It sadden me to know He would do that. So disappointed in this business. The best networking is the word of mouth. It can also be a companies worst. I will be telling everyone about the service I got or didn't. Yes I did report it to The Better Business Bureau. You ignored me for 2 weeks; I had to keep calling and calling. And Remember two others came also and their service was only 70.00. You charged me 175.96. Poor math half would been $83.00. You sent back 68.00 dollars. And you never asked to replace the furnace. However you are right I wouldn't pay $3000 for a new one. I am not the owner of property. Still disappointed. Customer relations were unprofessional. Called several times to get the 68.00. Only when I told you I contacted BBB YOU GAVE UP THE $68.00. AGAIN MY EXPERIENCE WAS NEGATIVE!

I was and still am very impressed with Shaun and his colleague knowledge and their professionalism. Both of the contractors answer my question completely, were very patient about the disarray of my house, and made sure that the newly installed furnace/ ac work properly. I would recommend All About Air to friends, Family and colleagues. Thank you All About Air! ! Have a blessed Thanksgiving!

Terrible customer service from the HVAC Tech, rude, unprofessional & ghetto. 0/5 stars. Save yourselves the headache with this company.

False. We made arrangements both me and the rental company. An actual HVAC repair guy came out and fixed it in a snap. You are an awful business owner.

Shaun was very friendly and professional. They stayed in contact to let me know when they would arrive and he showed up on time. Shaun diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on the truck, and got my AC repaired quickly! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Had some work done a few years back with a new HVAC system put in. 2 years later the system is in great condition and has had zero issues. Great company to work with and Mr. Dunson made the entire process easy! 10/10 would (and have) recommend and will use again in the future.
