This is the service repair technician!! I am honestly shocked at the quality of service and responsiveness I just received. Scott showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly on my older unit. He was very knowledgeable about the product and educated me on a few details to help me in the future. I am convinced, however, that NOBODY would have been as honest with their pricing though. If you want great work coupled with honest pricing then call Red's Repair. I will be using Scott indefinitely now.

Late in life being on oxygen therapy 24/7 & the air conditioner suddenly not working is very alarming but Peace of mind came with Scott to review and remedy the situation as his being Honest, Reasonable,Dependable and Professional Just Amazing ... The Best ! Thanks with gratitude!

Great experience. He was at my domicile within 10 minutes on a Sunday. Granted it helped that I lived ten minutes away... AC started blowing warm Saturday night into Sunday so we called a couple places and Red’s was the only one available to come out. He diagnosed and fixed our AC within an hour. He explained to me how things work and preventative maintenance I can do myself in the future. Highly recommend.
