We woke up on one of the hottest days of the year so far to find that our A/C wasn’t cooling. All About Air was able to send a technician out within 4 hours of my call. (Wow!)

Our technician Chris was efficient and friendly, and felt very safe and trustworthy. (Since it was the middle of the day and my husband works, this meant a lot to me.) I was sent a message with an introduction to our technician and a photo of what he looked like so I would recognize him.

Chris was able to find the problem quickly and replace the part at a fair price. He also gave us some great advise about how to maintain our unit, which we appreciate very much as new home owners. While our unit is ancient, at least this time we were able to breathe a little bit of life into it and get another year or two out of it, which is a relief!

All About Air left me with no doubt that we were treated with honesty and care.

So the first time I reviewed this company I thought they did an adequate job. But it turns out they just "put a band-aid on the problem" because it happend again 2 weeks later. Then they couldn't "fix" it for 3 weeks. When they came they had ordered the wrong part, so a couple more days at a friend's house. When they finally did put the "right" part in, the cold fronts came and I didn't need to run my A/C anymore. When I heater didn't work it the winter, I told them and they said I wasn't their problem. I decided they had screwed me enough already so I bought space heaters to make it through. I just turned my A/C on today for the first time and (surprise surprise) it does NOT work.
I have contacted them to make it right, and if they do I will finish this story with how they made it right.

All About Air has continued to provide amazing customer service. Chris has been exceptional! Prompt, courteous, and informative.
