We had Jimmy with All About Air install
A ductless AC/heating unit in our garage in August of 2022. They were extremely professional and courteous!! Everyone that we had contact with, from the appraisal to the electricians to the installers as well as the office personnel, were amazing individuals!! They sent us texts to let us know what they were doing, who was doing it and when they would be there! They were extremely prompt and reliable and cleaned up everything when they left! We came home to a clean, cool garage!! I would recommend AAA to anyone that needs HVAC service!! Thank you so much!!

All About Air is excellent in customer service. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and did a fine job in getting our problem taken care of. He took time in listening to our concerns and gave us the best answers. Overall very pleased with the service that was done and the price was reasonable.

The owner, Brian, came by our home to help us out. Our window unit wasn’t working and even though they don’t usually work on window units he was kind enough to come on his day off and diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was a easy fix just to replace the plug but if it hadn’t been for Brian we would’ve gone out to buy a new unit. He saved us a bunch of money! I really appreciate the service that he gave us that went the extra mile.

If everything in my life could go as easily and wonderful as my interaction with All About Air, I would probably be one of the happiest people alive! I had a problem with my AC and the company was able to send a technician over within 4 hours of my call. Michael was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and backed it up with photographs. Unfortunately we needed to have our system replaced. But Michael and Brandon really were just amazing. They called to make sure all of our questions were answered and to provide us with any further information we might have needed. The office staff also were great verifying date and times of appts. They showed up as stated. They installed the new unit in a day, made sure it worked well, made sure we knew how to work it & cleaned up after themselves nicely. I really can't say enough about the wonderful experience. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs

Michael and the crew did a outstanding job on the install of our two units. From start to finish they were very professional. The workmanship hands down top notch. They treat your house like there own.

Jimmy, Michael, and Jacob worked tirelessly in the sun and heat in order to get our new system installed and cooling by the end of the day. Then they came back the next day to finish the thermostat and duct upgrades we needed. They were very patient in explaining how the system works, helping us set up a phone app so we could monitor and adjust our temperatures even when we are away from home. They did quality work and we will continue to use their services.

All about Air is always professional and efficient. Jimmy came out checked everything, serviced AC and found the leak from the roof, not the AC. I will always use All about Air. Never a complaint.
