All About Air

All About Air is the only company I trust with my a/c maintenance and repair. Extremely professional, always prompt, very personable and nice. And I love that they have Bible verses on their invoices. To me, this shows how honest and trustworthy they are. I highly recommend this company - and do to my family and friends.

I recently used All About Air initially for a AC that wasn't cooling. The technician Marshall came and found a leak in my coolant line. Since ystem used r22 coolant, I needed a new AC unit. Marshall went and picked up a loaner window unit that I used for 2 days until they could come do the install. This company is very responsive and maintains contact with custimer throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Chris showed up on time and ready to get to work. He was courteous and professional. He explained the exact issue with my AC and repaired it promptly. I will definitely be using All About Air in the future.

I was beyond disappointed with the lack of knowledge from the tech and the lack of professionalism of this company. I called because there was clearly an issue with my air quality.

The tech (Chris) assured me it was due to sealing issues and charged me nearly 400 dollars to seal my ventilation system off. Then he tried to sell me a 1400 dollar air filtration system. When I called a week later, because the air was still not breathable they said they'd come back and check things out.

The same tech then stated we needed new air ducts. I asked for a quote..He said the office would give me one in a couple days. 5 days later I called back.. they apologize and let me know they would call me that same day with a quote. They never did. I called back 2 days after that. Then they tell me they still cannot give me a quote because now their computers are down.

Then they finally gave me a quote that evening, VIA email after promising they would call. 8000 dollars. But there was no way I was about to hire them for another job. I called another company for a second opinion and they knew we did not need new ducts. We had a quite sizable gas leak coming from our furnace. So glad we lived to tell the story. My baby and my daughters were waking up in the middle of the night with nose bleeds and gasping for air. We deserve a refund and an apology.

I highly recommend All About Air!! Every technician I've met has been professional and very knowledgeable! They schedule and respond in a timely manner too. It's been a pleasure working with them and Chris is awesome!!

Seriously the absolute best service around. We use them both for our residential and Commercial needs and I will never use anybody else. Chris is our usual technician but we have had several come out and never been disappointed with our service. Amber is amazing and always answers all our questions. Highly recommend.
Once again we have used All about air and been seriously blessed! MacKenzie and Jimmy came through on a weekend and had us up and running again in less than an hour!! Thank you for always being so amazing!!

Chris Allison diagnosed our ac unit’s issue, then ordered and installed a new fan motor. But he went above and beyond by realizing that a different housing part that was out of balance had started the problem originally and caused the breakdown. He accurately postponed the repair until the additional housing part was ordered and installed. Thank you, Chris, for your persistence in completing the job with excellence! Coming home after work to an air conditioned house was awesome!

Michael & Marshall we're very helpful, responsive & HONEST about what was needed & what could wait. Very friendly and comfortable with them outside and inside my home. I would recommend All About Air to my family and friends. Can't say enough about the care they take in your home.

Out of all of the services that I’ve had done on the remodel of my home, just has to have been the best experience to date. The head technician Luis was incredible, professional friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. He was there when he said he would be there the job took exactly the time they mentioned it would take, and the product works incredibly. Brandon the owner is friendly make you feel comfortable and secure right off the bat. This is a company I Highly recommend. I called several companies before deciding on them and couldn’t be happier.
