My experience with Dillard at Liberty Air LLC was extremely positive. I could not be happier about the entire experience. First, he was great on the phone, then he showed up on time the same day. Once he arrived here, he went straight to work and began diagnosing the issue. He determined the issue and fixed it in short order. He also was very informative and educational during the whole process; he even optimized our cooling by topping off our refrigerant, as well. Liberty Air has our business going forward, 100%! Totally trust this company as they are as honest as can be...

Excellent company in every way. Timely communications, punctual arrival, speedy service, friendly and respectful technicians, thorough explanation of issues, and fair prices. When the job was done, they cleaned up the entire work site. We will use Liberty Air every time we need HVAC service.

I wanted to get my system checked before the heat arrived. They came out same day, fixed a minor issue, gave me current information on my system, paid the tech and received a paid receipt in a few minutes. Great company, honest tech, great prices. I do recommend them.

Just wanted to pass on a great experience with Liberty Air this morning. Of course our 4 year old unit craps out on a Sunday morning! They arrived faster than expected, kept us informed of their ETA, were incredibly courteous, reasonably priced, and solved the problem fast! We were so impressed, we signed up for the service plan. I just had my new system installed yesterday and could not be happier. We have used these guys since they initially started the business a few years back. They have always come out the same day I call and are professional, honest, and friendly. I probably won't need to call them for a long time as we just got a new system but I won't use any other company. Thanks guys for a great job!

Turns out that I had no problems. Lost instruction book for my thermostat and have to grudgingly admit that I did not know how to program it properly. Your service man provided me with another instruction manual. Thank you Feel dumb. Expensive way to try to get some smarts. Great service. Hopefully - - - - the next time I need your service, it will be for a legitimate need.

These guys did a fantastic job replacing our air handler. They also offered some great advice on extending the life of our system. The price was fair, they cleaned up after themselves, and were very respectful. All in all a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend their services.
