At noon, we called about our air conditioning unit not working at all and someone came by 2:00. The gentleman who did the work exceeded our expectations by far with his response and quality of work. It is impressive to see work that is ethical, honest and thorough and will not try selling something we didn't need. We highly recommend the "go to" guy in Sun City, Mark Smith, who serviced the air conditioning unit in record time.

These guys are great. They’re fair, responsive, quick and professional, and clearly articulate issues and how to address them.

I’ve had them spec and install two new systems for new construction and diagnose, repair snd upgrade complex Carrier systems that were damaged in a lightening strike.

Carlos was able to assess and repair our A/C unit very quickly. Fully explaining the problem, solution, costs and warranties. More importantly he advised us on routine maintenance, lowering the possibility of facing a larger problem. We live on a large houseboat on lake Travis and when our AC went out 2 days ago I wasn’t sure who to call. My mom’s AC went out and they called these folks and had an amazing experience so I did the same. I called and within 30 minutes Fernando was at our boat and had me up and running in no time flat! I didn’t care what it cost but, to my surprise, it was much less than I was expecting with no surprises. These guys are professional, straight forward and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them.

They came out gave a good quote and then preformed the necessary work the same day. I am not saying they can do that for everyone but it saved me from the heat wave

We’re in the greater Austin area and I was doubtful we would find someone to check out the HVAC air conditioning issues we are struggling with for possible maintenance and repairs. After calling a few companies I got a word of mouth referral to call Fresco that came highly recommended.

I called them right away and it went to voicemail. I thought maybe we should search elsewhere when they called me right back with a friendly, helpful tone.

We were able to book a time within days rather than all the weeks (literally next month) out that the competitors could visit. I was so relieved!

Fernando and Carlos are great; wonderful to see that element of taking pride (in their job). They replaced 15 ducts, installed a new ‘unit’ and repaired/cleaned the mess left by previous company. We had, recently, applied the same changes to our home in San Antonio…Fresco is head and shoulders above.
